They arrived we pleasant explained what they were going to do and checked everything. Wtalked about what was needed and asked for a quote. they were professional and worked well with people and our pups too. NICE!

Efficient, respectful and knowledgeable

We hired Northeastern Chimney to clean and inspect our chimney before the winter season. They discovered issues that then led us to hire them to install a wood-burning insert into our existing fireplace. The employees have been highly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Prices and processes were transparent, and with the exception of a piece that had to be custom-ordered, it was all done in a very timely manner.

Very fast efficient service

This is my 7th season going with this company for my chimney needs - already have an appointment on the books for next winter. All of the techs that have come by have been great, but Mark is by far my favorite. He has been to my house several times over the years and I trust him 100%.
