Visiting Lane Award was the icing on the cake. I had a very special picture that needed special handling. Once their team contacted me to let me kno that they had to put a special material in the area where they were attaching the congradutory plate,I was so relieved. From the moment I walked into their business I really felt the friendship & their willingness to do what it takes to satisfy their customers. We had a long-term employee decide to retire on short notice. We wanted a plaque for him, and I thought we wouldn't have time (it was less than a week). Boy, was I wrong!
