The folks at Lane Award are amazing! The past couple of times we have needed to order it has been on extremely short notice and they have come through - above and beyond. I work for a state agency, so we have to go through vendors who are contracted through the state whenever possible. This can be incredibly frustrating because said vendors rarely offer the best customer service. NOT the case with Lane Award!! They are always pleasant, work hard to find or come up with what we are looking for, and don't gouge us on pricing. Thank you Mack, Debra, Veronica, Alek, and team!!

Every detail was carefully and thoughtfully made for us from the craftsmanship on the handmade wood frame made in-house to the clean glass etching. Their website is great to get ideas and be sure to call them with any questions as they are genuinely happy to help! I needed a plaque done quickly as our Director was leaving for a new job with only a 2 week notice. Since everyone was working from home due to COVID, we were unsure about what type of farewell activity to do. About 2 days before he left, we decided to give him a plaque and have a virtual farewell party. I checked a couple of websites and found that they either could not do a short turnaround or the price they charged for engraving was just too high. Late that evening (around 6 pm), I went on Lane Award's website and contacted them through email and to my surprise, someone responded immediately. The specialist was able to find a plaque within our budget, help with the placement of the wording on the plaque, find the State of Arizona seal, and provide me with a proof within a couple of hours. The plaque was BEAUTIFUL, cost under $60, and was ready for pick up the next day before 3 pm!

Mack and his team are friendly, professional, quick and detailed. If you need to change a plaque style or logo, they are great with sending over suggestions that match perfectly with what style you are aiming for. They are amazing with their customer service and have delivered the plaques directly to us when we are on a time crunch.
