Very nice people. Went in for Trek’s complimentary tune up and to have them put in tubes in originally tubeless tires. They were up front about pricing and pointed out some bumps and bruises on the (gravel) bike to keep an eye on. I also asked for their opinion/pricing on a modification to the bike (1x to 2x) that I kind of knew would not be economical price wise. They confirmed this and did not try to sell me something that ultimately wouldn’t be worth it to me. Had the bike back in a very reasonable time frame.
