This is a long overdue review. Back in November 2024, we made the drive to Trek in Lakeville because my husband and I were in the market for new e-bikes. We had done a lot of research online and knew we wanted power assist instead of throttle and had it narrowed down to 2 different models, the Dual Sport 2 and another. We even had what sizes we thought we’d need. Even though it was a damp drizzly day, Emily let us take some test spins around the parking lot. I was set to get a S, because I’m 5’3”, but Emily noticed that my legs were longer, so had me try a M, which ended up being perfect. Anyway, we walked out with 2 on order, with a couple different add-ons that they said they’d install before we picked them up-Everything went so smoothly, and Emily and the gentleman that installed the add-ons were so super to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our bikes and with Trek in Lakeville. It’s about an hour away from us, but felt it was well worth it. ❤️

Great bike shop, super knowledgeable and helpful. I had them build my Domane and they turned it around very quickly. Also, helped me select new gear and accessories. Whether your a seasoned rider or just getting into it this is the place to go!

This bike shop is amazing. We walked in as 2 adults who haven’t ridden or even owned a bike in years, but now have a kid who is learning to ride.
Emily was so helpful getting us set up with the perfect bikes based on where we want to ride. Sizing went well and we were able to test different sizes in the parking lot. They also built and helped us learn to use a trailer hitch bike rack.

The staff is great, Emily was extremely nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable. They had my bike assembled and ready for me within 24 hours of it being shipped to them. I have owned Trek bikes for over 30 years and have always been very satisfied with both their products and their service.
