Another great experience at Trek Lakeville! Emily is fantastic at her job. If you have any questions, she is the person to go see. My husband likes to do all of his research ahead of time, so he already has an idea of what will be best for his needs before we go to the store. Emily is able to answer in any remaining questions he has, and understands wanting to stay within a budget. She has been able to make great suggestions for us to get exactly what we need out of a bike that still fits with what we want to spend. This time, we were looking for an mountain bike upgrade and purchased a lava red Marlin 6.
Paul was also very helpful, and when services are needed in the future, we feel confident bringing our bikes there. We are thankful to know that there is a a local shop we can go to with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I bought my first new bike in over 20 years. Upgraded from a 2003 Fuji Team Superlite to a Trek Emonda SL7 etap. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the advanced features. They let me test ride multiple bikes and told me to take as much time on them as I wanted. They even said I could go for a full ride. Their patience and knowledge really shined through. It was such a great experience I even bought my son a new bike while we were there.

Emily and Paul were both super helpful and courteous. I am new to mountain biking and this was my first major purchase of a mountain bike, so I was a little nervous. However, they both knew so much, yet shared their knowledge and expertise in a way that was encouraging to a beginner to the sport. They answered every question I had and were very patient. You can tell both of these individuals love what they do and they really want to empower their customers and build a community of riders.
