First time out on the road bike, got a flat tire and Shane was phenomenal not only helped me out with fresh tires but gave me a bunch of tips, taught me how to fix it in the future and was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience.

I really like the service they provide; it's exceptional. Everyone, in particular—I don't remember his name, he's tall and very thin—is the best. He always gives me the right attention and answers all my questions about the products and bicycles.
