The team at Chelsea was extremely helpful. I went to get a bike I bought from them a few years ago warrantied. They quickly got that sorted out for me and offered a generous credit towards a new bike. They also let me test ride a few of the bikes they had in stock so I can get an idea of what that best bike would be for me when I use that credit. Their customer service was absolutely amazing!

These guys were great. They didn't have stock for the item I was looking for, but Adam was extremely helpful in locating another store with availability in town. He called them and made sure they had the item in stock, then gave me all directions so I could get there quickly before the closing time.

If i didn’t have a job i might just be out and never getting off this insane beast of a loaner bike from Adam and Declan while they take ALL THE TIME they need fixing my bike i’ll just be out here on these wicked sick shock absorbers and fatty tires crushing NYC potholes…:the customer service has been great. Not an intimidating place at all. Highly recommend although they may be a bike short. Wink wink nod nod.
