This was a excellent experience. They told me a price, told me a completion date, and called for a discounted rental car for me. They had it ready early, the price was right, and they called to have the rental car picked up at their shop when I picked up my car.

A note to everyone, when you go somewhere to have your car fixed, look at the other cars there and see if there are a lot of fancy cars there, you can trust that body shop more than a place with some beat up cheap cars!
This place wasn’t cheap but if you gave insurance, you shouldn’t care about the price, you only care about the quality of service.
If you are not using your insurance, you may want to think about it more!

Alan was extremely accommodating and helpful in getting my car fixed the right way by going the extra mile and presenting the issue properly to the insurance company. At the end, the insurance company replaced all damaged parts and I had my vehicle delivered in my driveway on time and with minimum payment. A total VIP treatment.
