How, in spite of the mixup at the beginning, caused by a mixup between the BETR program and YouTube programs and Billings (over $1,000 rebated to me by AMEX) that got us starting the program in total confusion. Some how I was in week three still learning how to use the list of tasks to keep me focused and learning. I never did hear whether BETR was really working with a new app?? Was someone outside of BETR trying to access my account? I am very happy with with my success (15#s lost in three weeks and totally prepared to building continued success.

It wasn’t hard to start the only thing for me was a slower weight loss at the beginning lm 72 so I don’t burn up as much energy as the younger generation just stay with it it’s not just about the LBS it’s the inches too an how the clothes fit. I love the program it’s simple an easy to follow. I recommend this program. Make sure talk to the coaches they are a big help. Theresa Jeff

I thought this was going to be a hard journey and it really isn’t I’m so excited that I made the decision to invest in my health and overall just choosing to eat better as well as paid attention to other areas with my body to make sure that I maintain weight loss and overall healthy eating I’m so excited to know about this program . I also love the fact that she can go at your own pace and we go to decisions it’s not take this or leave it do you have options so many options and you have rewards benefits so I can’t I’m just excited that I learned about this program and will continue this as long as I possibly can I encourage everyone to just take the first step to join and from there you’ll realize you got your own pace and make your own decisions and choices.
