Staying focused on results, and doing the program with my wife have been extremely helpful to me. One very, VERY important aspect about this program, that I cannot stress enough, is the availability and genuine encouragement given by the staff and counselors. Follow their guidelines, get the "bad food" out of the house as part of your prep before Day One. If it's not there, it makes it that much easier to ride out those temporary cravings that may come up. Don't become discouraged when those momentary "dips" distract you from knowing your course. Continue to perservere. YOU got this.
