This is the best program that I’ve been on! Very easy to follow and with great results! Katy was my coach and she really helped me getting to know the program. She was accessible when I needed help and she really helped me when I was stalling with my weight! I couldn’t have a better coach! I am still on the program and I really talk about it when I get compliments of how much weight I’ve lost. Thank you Betr Health!

Been using the program for a bit over 4 months now and am down almost 70 pounds (from 240 to 170). The fact that it's not a diet has been huge for me as I can enjoy the food and eat till I'm satisfied. Also, the Coach program is effective (shout out to Coach Katie) - although you do have to own the program yourself and push your coach on where you need the support. All in all - I'm very happy. Going to continue to try and lose more weight and live a betr lifestyle.

This program is exciting because it tells you how to do it with practical suggestions. The food prep model is amazing and easy. Once prepped, you grab your mason jar salad add the protein and you're good to go.
