Joined the program about a month ago and have lost 16 pounds. No medicine, no shots, no measuring calories, carbs, etc. They have a great app which includes a Coach you can text and weekly group calls. All foods are made by you but this helps you understand what you can eat and why. There is a strict schedule of eating from 10-6pm but you feel very satisfied. I have tried many things to manage my weight and this one has been the best by far.
