I found the Enneagram very insightful. However, I would make the following constructive comments:- I received an email offering me the chance to get my Enneagram results for $10. I clicked on a link to get these, which took me to another page offering me same for $19.97. I think I escaped from this and was taken to another page offering me same, but this time for $9.97. I thought that this must be the $10 deal that I was initially offered so I clicked on this. I got the results, but then received receipts for BOTH the $10 and the $9.97 (when I had been offered the results in the email for $10). The process was so strange it did make me think it may be a scam, which would obviously put some would-be customers off.- When I got into the website, I found it a bit difficut to navigate to actually get the results. I noticed from comments that others were having similar issues.- The narrative in the PDF kept referring to type 1, type 2 etc. I had to keep referring back to the beginning to see which number was which type. I also had to keep referring back to my account to check my scores for each type.- The PDF gave me a full description of my basic type (type 2 in my case), but it would have been useful to have more info on the other types and their healthy/ average/ unhealthy aspects. This would have helped me understand more about my wing style (type 3, although I scored only slightly lower for type 1), how I react under stress (unhealthy type 8) and how I am when relaxed (healthy type 4). Again I noticed that others had asked for this, although your answer to them assumed that they only wanted their personal scores for the other types when I believe they actually wanted the descriptions.
