When I had settled on the bike I was going to purchase the salesman wasn't pushy tying to up sell products I didn't need, he merely made sure I had all I necessary items to hit the trails and not be caught out with a breakdown.
I would thoroughly recommend Trek Bicycle Majura Park to anyone who is in the market for a new bike.

These guys were amazing - extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond including building the bike prior to New Year when they were clearly under the pump and even getting it to Sydney for pick up for us. The Team at Trek Majura did an excellent job on the servicing my Trek Top Fuel. I was kept informed of the work that was needed and when the bike was ready for pick up. Overall a well run store which I will use again the next time I need a quality service for my bike.

Took my Trek Remedy in for a small repair, ended up having a tier 2 maintenance, after recommendation from the lads.
They were professional, told me the benefits of what they recommend, told me the price and gave me the run down.

Bought my FX1 on 6 December. Can't remember the salesman's name but he's a young guy with curly blonde hair. He's very friendly, patient and informed.I ordered a yellow bike but then changed my mind to a grey one in the shop, he helped me without any hesitation.
He's also provided sound advice when choosing the equipment and made sure the bike fits me well.
Last but not least, the bike is a good one, i enjoy riding it very much. Overall very good experience here.

I desperately needed a b screw from a Shimano rear derailleur from me rounding off mine with the incorrect hex tool (lesson learnt). I made a call and I believe I spoke to a Sambo (?). He was extremely helpful. And unlike two other shops I rang prior, he took his time and made effort to find me what I needed. It was a very simple part that I didn't have and since it wasn't something people commonly buy off the shelf, I was in dire need to get one (I love riding). Sambo really set an example by being able to provide me with such a simple part, found a spare one and refused to take cash even when I offered it. This very gesture has just earnt the shop my next bike service. It's gestures like these that I value that earns repeat visits from me. This is what I value. Thank you and I will be seeing you soon for my next service!
