Bought my FX1 on 6 December. Can't remember the salesman's name but he's a young guy with curly blonde hair. He's very friendly, patient and informed.I ordered a yellow bike but then changed my mind to a grey one in the shop, he helped me without any hesitation.
He's also provided sound advice when choosing the equipment and made sure the bike fits me well.
Last but not least, the bike is a good one, i enjoy riding it very much. Overall very good experience here.

I desperately needed a b screw from a Shimano rear derailleur from me rounding off mine with the incorrect hex tool (lesson learnt). I made a call and I believe I spoke to a Sambo (?). He was extremely helpful. And unlike two other shops I rang prior, he took his time and made effort to find me what I needed. It was a very simple part that I didn't have and since it wasn't something people commonly buy off the shelf, I was in dire need to get one (I love riding). Sambo really set an example by being able to provide me with such a simple part, found a spare one and refused to take cash even when I offered it. This very gesture has just earnt the shop my next bike service. It's gestures like these that I value that earns repeat visits from me. This is what I value. Thank you and I will be seeing you soon for my next service!

The Trek Marlin we purchased has already been an excellent bike that rides amazingly and feels great. Stuart the salesman that helped us at the Majura store was outstanding. He provided amazing product knowledge and an overall great service to my partner in sizing up the correct fit bike for her and having it ready on the day for us to pick up. Very happy with the service from these guys, both knowledge and helpful attitude. Recently had a warranty issue on a dropper post for my sons roscoe and they sorted it out promptly and without hassles. Similar experiences buying a trek fuel ex as well. I’ll definitely be back...
And did come back to cash in a trek voucher that one of the kids won at a school track stand comp - great that our local Trek dealer is supporting kids riding (it was ride to school day); and guys at the shop also helped with some good advice re maintenance on my well used Fuel Ex (which I love)...
