Helpful and patient staff and a neat shop overall made selecting a new bike a very pleasant and painless experience, especially for someone returning to cycling after many years. The Trek website is easy to navigate and useful for researching and narrowing down options beforehand, allowing you to focus on the most relevant ones in store. The positive reports of after sales service was also an important consideration in choosing Trek.

Had a great experience at Trek in Majura after a less than impressive experience at Pushys. The staff at Trek were so helpful and friendly, taking the time to talk me through the different bike options. I bought a Marlin 5 which has been an excellent purchase and will happily shop at Trek again!

Great knowledgeable staff. When I went to collect my son's bike it was the wrong colour, so the staff at TREK quickly solved the problem and helped me put the bike in my car. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Thomas and the team. My sons front wheel buckled after a recent service when he rode down a gutter. I took the wheel in this morning to see what could be done. I was very impressed that the wheel was looked at the same day. Unfortunately the rim could not be saved. I am very grateful that you did not charge us for the replacement wheel. The new wheel is back on the bike and the young man is mobile once again. Great service from all of you, many thanks. We will be back for our next bike purchase for sure.
