The Trek website is easy to navigate and useful for researching and narrowing down options beforehand, allowing you to focus on the most relevant ones in store. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Thomas and the team. My sons front wheel buckled after a recent service when he rode down a gutter. I took the wheel in this morning to see what could be done. I was very impressed that the wheel was looked at the same day. Unfortunately the rim could not be saved. I am very grateful that you did not charge us for the replacement wheel. The new wheel is back on the bike and the young man is mobile once again.

Went to Trek Majura Park, spoke to the staff there and took Powefly bikes for a quick run around. Great bikes, and staff really helped us buy the perfect bikes for both my wife and I.
