I just wanted to say a big thank you to Thomas and the team. My sons front wheel buckled after a recent service when he rode down a gutter. I took the wheel in this morning to see what could be done. I was very impressed that the wheel was looked at the same day. Unfortunately the rim could not be saved. I am very grateful that you did not charge us for the replacement wheel. The new wheel is back on the bike and the young man is mobile once again.
