The team at Majura Park have been extremely helpful with my recent purchase (April) of two bikes. The staff display a sound knowledge of their product and happy to assist i.e. measure to size, test ride etc I have returned to get these bikes serviced and to also purchase bike stands. Again nothing was to much trouble. Everything happened as explained, in the time frame quoted, and incident free. You cannot ask for anything more in today's retail world. Majura Park is a great location - plenty of parking and no stress getting there and back.

While I initially had a less than perfect experience with this shop, I believe that it is how businesses respond to problems that define whether they are actually good or not.
After my issue, the manager, Stuart called me to apologise and resolve it.
I have since been in to see the guys and they managed to fix a fairly complicated brake caliber issue. I am pretty good at fixing my bikes but couldn’t fix this and they really put a lot of effort into fixing it and the brakes have been perfect since.

To the team at TREK Majura, I had my TREK Speed Concept serviced as well as the front end bearings and a few other little things fixed last week. I picked up my bike on Saturday & tested it on the Stromlo Criterium track on a nice controlled environment on the Sunday. My bike is running like an absolute dream after the service & no more clicks in the front end. I will be using my bike in the NZ Ironman in a few weeks & I go into the race confident knowing that my bike is running perfectly.
