To the team at TREK Majura, I had my TREK Speed Concept serviced as well as the front end bearings and a few other little things fixed last week. I picked up my bike on Saturday & tested it on the Stromlo Criterium track on a nice controlled environment on the Sunday. My bike is running like an absolute dream after the service & no more clicks in the front end. I will be using my bike in the NZ Ironman in a few weeks & I go into the race confident knowing that my bike is running perfectly. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the bike mechanic/s & the friendly staff at such a great bike store. Thank you again, Lance.

Excellent,friendly staff.My only complaint is that they are 2.5 hours from me!!Sorted a problem I had with my bike,they dropped what they were doing and sorted it on the spot enabling me to get back out on the trails

My wife and I had our Trek road bikes serviced around Christmas 2017. We were extremely satisfied with servicing and the expertise of the bike mechanic. He sorted out a technical problem on my Madone 4.7. Upon collection the attention from the floor staff member was excellent. No worries about going back for further servicing needs.

Turned up on a Sunday afternoon looking for ball bearings for my road bike. Mind you this was the 4th bicycle shop I went to that day. George, the mechanic who helped me out, explained to me after after he glimpsed at the ball bearings what exactly I should have been looking for all along. Out of 5 mechanics, he was the one to understand and help his customer - another 100% satisfied customer. George, thanks heaps mate, you made my day.

Broke my chain before a ride at Majura pines on Sunday and needed a new one. We quickly drove to box of bikes in Majura as it was the closest bike shop we could find. Despite ariving 5 minutes after the store was supposed to close the sales assistant helped me pick out the right chain and even helped to install it. Would happily return to this store and recommend it to others.

Shop itself was great, sensational range of bikes and accessories. In the ten minutes we were there however no one really seemed interested in serving us. Couple of people walked bye and said hi on their way to other tasks. That aspect was a little disappointing.

The best range of Trek bikes and knowledgeable staff. When it came to price the salespersons arrogance caused me to leave without purchasing. Yes they did have the model and size I was after in stock but I was quite surprised at the price difference between a store with this in stock and one that had to order. My advice is to check pricing before purchasing here.

Low end bike thrown together with no care. Gear cable sleeves not fully inserted into plastic boots, splitting and fraying and shortening over time

30 minute wait for nothing. I have called for a renting a bike, they say ok and in the end after a lot a procedures it was not possible !!

Pretty disappointed with this lot. Took my electric bike in to get a service and also get a problem fixed (no clues on how to fix in the manual). Was assured when I picked it up that the problem/error had been ‘resolved’. Got my bike home and took it for a test and the error message came up within ten seconds of riding. Really not sure why they said that they had fixed something when they clearly had not.

Took ages to get served/helped! Bought a new Full Stage 8 and didn't even get it fitted to me. Terrible service.
