If you needed a name for the best customer service I have ever received - and that's a big call - his name is Henry from Majura Park Trek. Henry uplifted my spirit when I approached him to help me replace my daughter's stolen bike. We chose an FX 1 Disc bike and all I needed was for my daughter to test it out for a good fit. It's an excellent bike. The experience with Henry was a perfect transaction and it shows that he knows his product and customers well. Finding extra money to replace stolen gear is really hard, emotionally and literally, but both my daughter and I walked away from there feeling less bruised and ready to ride another day.

Products from Trek are always of good quality and the service we receive from the Trek Majura Park people is always excellent. They always make you feel comfortable when providing sound advice and guidance. I have never felt like they are trying to do the hard sell. When it comes to bike servicing I have not experienced better anywhere else and bring my bikes (Trek and other brands) down from Sydney. My family have now purchased three bikes (including eBikes) from Trek Majura in the past three years and couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and always leave the store with a sense of satisfaction.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I went in with my son to go Christmas shopping on the sly. The whole team were so fantastic and distracted my son so I was able to ask questions and place my lay-by. My son walked out of the store telling me how great the shop was cause he got to ride a bike in the store. Thank you to the staff that made it super easy. Not only was there custom service amazing but so was their product knowledge!
