Mack from Trek Majura Park/Fyshwick was super helpful. He helped me with a range of changes to my bike, including bar tape applying, bike fitting, seat fitting/swapping, stem changing, phone mounting and so on you name it! None of these is quick job. He was extremely patient and passionate on bike, while explaining everything in details to a newbie like me. And by the way, I don't even ride a Trek bike! Would recommend Trek bike as your service/caring dealer, regardless where you got your bikes from. They have the best bike accessories in my opinion.

Friendly yet professional and knowledgeable service. Staff genuinely want to help you get the best out of your bike and enjoy riding. Always helpful - and honest (for example saying that me banging pedals on bumps was probably more to do with technique than suspension settings!). Work completed is always good and not more than needs to be done.

From the moment we walked into Trek Majura we were impressed! Interested staff as we walked in greeting us with eye contact and a smile and then Ethan talking us through our interest in gravel bikes. It was pretty new stuff for us and we were very happy with the time he took to explain the gravel bike principles and the options from entry level to high end. 2 hours and a test ride later we had done the deal for 2 Trek Checkpoints with one out the back and Ethan chasing down the other one from Sydney Trek.
A week later for pick up and it was Stuart who stepped up to help including attaching all the lights, bottle cages and the like with a smile and willingness to assist. He took us through the bike set up, basic maintenance and told us about the free first service.
We cannot recommend Ethan, Stuart and Trek Majura highly enough. Great customer service and product knowledge to boot.
