One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. Trek Bicycle Mijarua and Trek Bicycle Ipswich went out of their way to assist me in picking the right bike for my needs (beginner road biker) and choosing all the required accessories needed to start my road bike journey. Helpful tasks carried out include relocating bike to the state I had temporary moved to, helping me learn new bike care practices, helping me find the best road local clubs and bike routes around the city and helping me attach a complicated bike rack to my car. Trek Bike has amazing deals. When you purchase a bike, you get all bike accessories 15% off including clothing and a free bike repair within 12 months of purchasing. They also assemble and adjust the bike to fit you perfectly before it leaves the shop. I am proud to call Track Bicycle my retail shop of choice and recommend it to all my bike sporting friends.

The customer service is second to none. My back wheel hub broke and I got to the shop at 5pm Friday. Stewie removed a wheel from a new bike and swapped it over. His attitude is so “no problem, I’ll fix it” and he is polite and very skilled and professional. That’s been my experience whenever I’ve been there. It’s my favourite bike shop.
