I would highly recommend Doctor Tiedeman; he’s kind, empathetic, and I’ve always felt heard. Having an injury has been the worst, but he’s been the best doctor since day one! Also his medical assistant and the back office is there, if you have questions.which is greatly appreciated!

Dr . Tiedeman did surgeries on both my arms . He assured me that everything will be ok and I’m in good hands . The whole facility is amazing and super nice . Highly recommend !

I was very impressed from check in to seeing Dr. Tiedeman. The medical staff was professional and didn't make me feel scared. Dr. Tiedeman answered all of my questions and I left feeling confident that my care would be excellent.

Dr Tiedeman and his staff are friendly, thorough and keep you well informed on insurance protocols and your procedure. I’ve had great experiences with their office and surgical center.

MD West One is the best place. From the check-in with Deb to the PA Jessica and Dr. Tiedeman. I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Tiedeman 3 years ago and this time I had a shoulder issue. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend.

After being injured with a table saw and not knowing what to expect, Dr. Tiedeman did a great job of educating me and my wife about what was going to happen and did a great job with the work done on my hand. I am truly thankful that I was able to see Dr T. Thank you for everything.

Visit was great. Checkin was easy. Support staff was friendly and on time. Dr. Tiedeman diagnosed the problem and offered options. I chose one, he did it and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience!

Short waiting time after arrival. Short time in room waiting for the Dr. First time meeting Dr Tiedeman and I understood everything he shared with me on my issues.

Easily located East of Methodist Hospital on Farnam St. This clinic provides plenty of parking and is handicapped accessible. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. Be prepared to have a copay which must be settled prior to your appointment. I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Tiedeman. Entire appointment from parking to exiting parking lot was 45 minutes in duration at most. Any of your questions can be easily answered by calling first. And you can schedule your appointment online and have it verified by text messages. Highly recommend NE Methodist Health System for your health and wellness needs.

This was my second visit at this facility for minor surgery. Dr Tiedeman and his staff are very caring and professional. The surgery center is convenient, everything went as planned, and the results couldn’t have turned out any better.

Dr Tiedeman as always was very compassionate, comforting, professional and explained everything that was going as it was happening. His nurse kept me occupied with good conversation to distract me from the slight discomfort of the steroid injections in both rings fingers.

I seen Dr.Tiedeman this morning. He sent me to store in your company to buy a sleeve for my elbow. The guys in the store were very helpful and nice. I really liked the new building. Everyone was very nice. Checking in was quick and easy.

I have been using this group of specialists for about 4 yrs. I always have a very good experience during every visit. The check in staff is pleasant and efficient. The online check in is convenient and saves me time. My doctors are the best. Thanks, Dr's Tiedeman and Otterberg.

I was given perfect directions to get there, I was greeted/checked in by a very professional, nice smiling lady and waited maybe 5 mins to be called back for o the exam room. The people that I met before actually seen the doctor were very knowledgeable, very nice and friendly. When Dr. Tiedeman came in he remembered me he did four surgeries on my wrist and thumbs in the last 20 years. I was given options as to the course of treatment, I need it for the reason I was in the office today and I left there feeling that my needs were definitely met on my terms. I feel very comfortable calling back The course of action I chose does not work.

Super friendly staff and I just love Dr. Tiedeman, he has the best bed side manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

A strange dog knocked me over and I broke my wrist (in 3 places) at a dog park in KC. I got right in to Dr. Tiedeman, the next day. Surgery went well. Excellent care, everyone was very helpful and the staff is very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.
