Dr. Tiedeman is an excellent doctor to deal with. He is very friendly and has a sense of humor. The ladies at the check-in counter were friendly also, the two ladies that came in the room before Dr. Tiedeman dead. They were very nice also. Excellent staff to deal with.

I have been going to Dr Tiedeman for about 30 years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s also worked on my son several times too. rotator cuff, carpal tunnel, several reconstructive surgeries.

The efficient, friendly medical assistant, checked me in for my appointment. Dr Tiedeman was very professional & knowledgeable. I was given options for treatment & he answered all my questions. He's treated me for other problems before & has also performed 2 surgeries on my husband. We've been extremely satisfied .

The staff at Dr. Tiedeman's office and Dr. Tiedeman were all very welcoming and helpful in this time of Covid-19. They screened for temps and had everyone wearing masks; they were on time and efficient as well as kind and considerate of questions.

I’ve seen Dr Tiedeman and Dr Otterberg for my hands wrists and hips. They are both very professional ,caring doctors. Wouldn’t go anywhere else They know what they are doing and talk to you in terms you can understand. It’s a bit of a drive for me but so worth it

Had an appointment with Dr. Tiedeman about extreme pain and swelling in my right hand, middle finger joint to palm. Exam & x-ray confirmed arthritis. Cortisone shot & one day later it feels SO much better. Dr. Tiedeman & staff are great, as is another MD West One doctor I saw 3 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Tiedeman!

No waiting time for appointment, getting it scheduled wasn't weeks or months down the road, and Dr. Tiedeman was very thorough.

Dr Tiedeman is best in his field as far as I'm concerned.. He tries to correct problems the easiest way to avoid surgery. I've had carpal tunnel surgery in both wrist and he did a great job, with little recovery time. My son has had rotator cuff & hand surgery by Dr. T. I had a bad rotator cuff but we got it "fixed" with PT instead of surgery. Phew!! I would very highly recommend him.

When I called my insurance company to find an orthopedic hand surgeon, they told me Dr. Tiedeman was the best in this area; perhaps the entire U.S.A. I have found him to be kind, willing to take time to answer questions, and a brilliant doctor. He operated on my son's wrist, too. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff.

I have been seeing both Dr Turman (for my knees) & Dr Tiedeman ( for my shoulders) for several years. They are BOTH GREAT, never pushy and VERY informative. All the staff I have had the PLEASURE to come in contact with are FABULOUS as well. I took my Mom with me yesterday to see Dr Turman for her knees and before we got to the office my Mom had cut her finger and she was bleeding. When we went to check in, I asked if they had a bandaid for her and she got up and was back in short order with a bandaid AND a SMILE. It was very REFRESHING to not be treated like we were putting them out. A Office, Employees AND Doctors!!!

I have multiple issues on my wrist and hand and Dr Tiedeman carefully went over all the problems, what needed fixed now and what I could expect in the future. We had a successful surgery 3 years ago and now his predictions about my other are issues are coming to the surface just liked he said. I plan on calling on him again. Very caring and knowledgeable.

My mom who is 91 had carpel tunnel surgery on both hands at the same time. Dr. Tiedeman did a great job to reassure her about what to expect with the surgery. He spent time talking to her like she was his only patient of the day! She went into the surgery feeling confident of his expertise in the field of her hands. The surgery went great. She was already able to bend her fingers immediately after the surgery and her constant pain. Was gone.I highly recommend Dr. Tiedeman.
