I was having problems with a used full suspension mountain bike from 2021.
Mainly, it’s a quick release wheel in the rear and the hub kept coming loosing.
Goose and the boys in the back took care of me on the spot with a quick adjustment.
I was able to get on the trails in Wissahickon the next day, and the hub is holding steady.
Thanks . Can’t wait to come buy my Fuel EX 8 from ya’ll when I’m ready

Wonderful and helpful staff! Was a very relaxed setting and I enjoyed spending some time with the mechanic and other workers talking shop. No pressure to buy but very transparent and knowledgeable conversations! I was seriously impressed with this place and would definitely recommend. They don’t just do service on treks, either.

I visited last minute with a bent derailer hanger, hoping it could be fixed without leaving my bike. Thanks to Paul and Brad, the answer was a resounding YES! The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, true bike nerds! Although the store is nearly an hour’s drive for me, it’s absolutely worth it. Paul, Brad, and the entire store truly embody the brand’s values. Highly recommended!

The people are great. They showed us a comfortable ride bike (curved handlebars, lowish seat) and the Verve range of hybrid bikes, straight handlebars. We got the Verve, for looks, as a road bike and had fenders (mudguards) installed. Rear one is fine but I took the front one off because it catches the forward foot during turns.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and so helpful. We came here after a series of terrible experiences with our local bike store (bustleton bikes). Someone from the shop called me to introduce themselves and give me a timeline and set expectations. I came on Saturday and they were able to repair my bike while I waited. During this time, my wife got sized for a bike and we wound up buying it on the spot. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy riding and want us to get riding asap. It goes to show that a little bit of customer service and prioritizing the long term relationship with the customer pays dividends. If my LBS had worked with me they could have sold another bike along with the accessories we bought here. This will be my go to shop even though it's a bit farther.
