Had a really good experience at this bike shop. The person helping me out was super nice and answered all my questions. I needed my seat adjusted but he noticed my tires were low and filled them no problem. For someone newish to the cycling community, I felt like he took his time explaining things to me and I will absolutely be back.

I’m a new rider with a lot of questions and a gentleman by the name of Lawrence was very helpful and answering all of my questions. He actually said something that resonated so deep that it’s stuck with me. He asked me when was the last time I rode a bike? I said I was a kid! He said, be a kid again and get lost while riding your bike and that was great!!

I have a 20 year old Trek 4500 moutain bike that has served me well over the years. I recently had a catastrophic failure in which my derailer was torn off the bike frame. I took my bike to Trek Bicycle Pottstown and was greeted by Geoff Carpenter. He asked me to bring my bike inside where he proceeded to mount the bike in the bike stand and examine the damage. He quickly removed the damaged part, checked the computer for the part #, located the correct part in the parts drawer. After installing the part he adjusted the derailer and answered every question I had in regard to the repair. This is a prime example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will continue to take my bike to Trek for service and look forward to purchasing a new model in the near future. Thank again for Geoff for your service!

Wonderful place!!! If I was scoring them one 1 of 10 I will give them 1000 !!!! This Trek store and the employees were an absolute joy to work with. They went above and beyond to make my son, the happiest kid in the world. I would recommend everyone visit the store if you’re looking to buy a new bike. I would and will be back here again and again.
