trek offered the best service. Everyone there was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I'm in the early 60s going through a late life divorce and haven't bicycles and over 30 years. They made me feel warm welcome and comfortable. They took care of installing my roof rack and everything else on my bike including the basket for my dog. The service is top notch. I highly recommend this bike store and only this bike store.

I went to Trek to get my bike serviced after it had been sitting in storage for a few years. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They answered all of my questions, as I was unsure of which service package was best for my needs, and took excellent care of my bike. When I went to pick it up, they even helped me load it on my rack! 10/10 service!

This Trek store is well run by friendly people. I was able to try 2 bikes in their large parking lot, and they would have been glad to help me try more. Lisa and Chris were very helpful and they both stayed a bit past closing on 2 seperate days to help me decide and put accessories on the purchase I ended up making.
