We took in our bikes for a routine maintenance because we had not ridden them in about three years, plus one of the tires was flat. We were very happy with the service, plus the staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Firstly: I do not like Trek as a brand. The reasons are irrelevant in this context. I went to the store because another bike shop was unable to do the service needed. The folks at the Trek Newark attended to me immediately upon entering the store and they did a great job. Very professional, and courteous, they listened to my needs and found solutions. I am a triathlete and brought my Canyon racing machine as I will compete in the Challenge Roth Ironman distance in Germany. I am picky and can be demanding. The guys at Trek Newark know what they are doing, serviced my machine perfectly and gave me some real good advise that I found quite helpful. Now if you just bloody change the brand name...

I took my 2016 Giant mountain bike to Trek Easton for a tune-up, and they did a fantastic job with my bike. I wasn’t sure how it was all going to work out given I was bringing a Giant to a Trek shop, but it was thoroughly cleaned, and when they found another thing wrong with my bike they called and made sure it was okay for them to replace. I highly recommend coming here

We stopped by with our kids’ bike to have training wheels installed. After taking a look, the technician explained that this particular bike would require a special wheel in order to properly install the training wheels. Since we only needed them for a couple of weeks before starting bike lessons, and the special part would need to be ordered, we decided not to move forward.
Even though we weren’t having the work done, he took the time to put air in the tires, straighten the handlebars, and even showed the kids how to make basic adjustments themselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and friendly.
To top it off, he didn’t charge us anything for the quick fixes. It’s rare to find such honest customer service these days. We really appreciated the time and care he took to help us. Highly recommend this shop!

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is fun and engaging, well organized shelves and not overly cluttered. Their turnaround time was on time and the communication was excellent. Good value for good work! I recommend and look forward to going back.
