trek offered the best service. Everyone there was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I'm in the early 60s going through a late life divorce and haven't bicycles and over 30 years. They made me feel warm welcome and comfortable. They took care of installing my roof rack and everything else on my bike including the basket for my dog. The service is top notch. I highly recommend this bike store and only this bike store.

I went to Trek to get my bike serviced after it had been sitting in storage for a few years. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They answered all of my questions, as I was unsure of which service package was best for my needs, and took excellent care of my bike. When I went to pick it up, they even helped me load it on my rack! 10/10 service!

This Trek store is well run by friendly people. I was able to try 2 bikes in their large parking lot, and they would have been glad to help me try more. Lisa and Chris were very helpful and they both stayed a bit past closing on 2 seperate days to help me decide and put accessories on the purchase I ended up making.

The TREK staff and techs were able to get my vintage 1981 Trek bicycle up to date for my Ben to The Shore 2026 ride. I was able to complete the 65-mile ride in just 4 hrs. with no hiccups along the way. The techs went above and beyond to service my bike.

Visiting from out of town, I arrived to discover rear tire was flat and would not take air. I took the bike over to Trek Ardmore. They quickly diagnosed the issue- rim tape failed- and got me fixed up in time for a planned ride. Thanks for the friendly, helpful, and prompt service gentlemen!

I had an outstanding experience at Trek Bicycle West Chester. Craig helped me pick out my new Trek Domane, and I couldn’t be happier with the bike. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right bike for my needs without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. It was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve had.
After owning the bike for about 24 hours, I brought it back to have a few small adjustments made. Jim took care of me right away and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly before I left. The level of customer service was outstanding.
It’s clear that everyone at Trek West Chester genuinely cares about their customers and wants them to have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or excellent service. I’ll definitely be back.
