What a wonderful bike shop with such positive vibes! I bought a new helmet and Brittany, the manager, called around to several stores to locate the color and make arrangements to get it there quickly. Truly wonderful customer service! I brought my daughter in the next day and she bought a few items and learned about different groups she could start riding with out of the shop.

Took my Specialized roubaix in for service. Wires on my derailleur had been pulled out by movers. Drew quickly analyzed my problem and checked me in. Two days later everything was repaired and I was back on my bike.
