We worked with Justin who was really knowledgeable and also understanding of our needs and soon to be riding habits. Justin never rushed us or tried to upsell us. Our experience at Trek Allentown was super pleasurable and I would highly recommend them to both inexperienced and experienced cyclists. The Trek staff did a great job heling me identify the type of tires to put on my Madone to prepare for an upcoming race. They also re-taped my bars and had Sparkle looking good. I highly recommend this location because they are personable and knowledgeable about the products.
