First time being in a Trek bike store and my family thought it was great!! The Trek name but saw many more different varieties or styles. We were greeted right away as soon as we walked in and the Trek employee who helped us was very cool, easy going with all information we could have possibly wanted. He definitely helped make the choosing of a bike and the purchase very easy. It is my son's best bike upgrade yet and he loves the look and feel of his new bike. We will definitely be back.

My experience buying a bike here has been awesome. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently came in to have my bike adjusted and was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. I highly recommend shopping here for your next bike. Trek in Pottstown is great!

My wife and I had done some research and were looking at both and Electra Townie and a Trek Verve 2. We worked with Justin who was really knowledgeable and also understanding of our needs and soon to be riding habits. Justin never rushed us or tried to upsell us. Our experience at Trek Allentown was super pleasurable and I would highly recommend them to both inexperienced and experienced cyclists. We’re super happy with our purchase, the Trek Verve 2 is a really comfortable bike perfect for our needs!
