The service guy, Joe (I think) was wonderful. He took such good care of my son’s bike and treated it as if it was an expensive bike! I also think he realized my son has special needs and was very kind to him while showing him how to oil his chain. Afterwards, we couldn’t get the bike in my car and another fellow (didn’t catch his name) came out and helped us, with kindness and patience. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service these two guys showed us and appreciate it more than I can say. That’s not always the case when my son and I show up at places!
