The service team and manager Geoff are the best. they held the shop open after hours to fix a couple of issues for me in an emergency situation. I came in a little bit after 5:30 with one issue, they found a second and made the efforts to get them fixed. given that i made a poorly timed joke about my name and comment about my frustration with my Van Rysel bike and wanting to trade it for a cannondale they couldve turned me away and instead embraced the issues and got my bike fixed for me in my last minute emergency situation. would highly recommend this shop to anyone for service or gear or a bike. Additionally, and i think this speaks to the quality of a Manager that Geoff is. While we were in there and they were fixing my bike he also threw gloves on and got dirty along with the the bike tech. The tech mustve been relatively new because Geoff was also taking the opportunity to train and teach the tech about what the repair plan should be as well as helping get the bike fixed. this spoke volumes to the character of the team here and quality of the shop to me. If i had the money to drop bands on a brand new bike i would bring this shop and these guys my business without a second thought.
