Geoff, Enoch & Swanni totally saved our butts (and our bikes) after we got caught in a storm on the Atlantic coast and our mountain bikes were doused with salt water and sand. We were on a long camping trip, and luckily this shop was on our route. We came in without calling ahead or anything, just hoping they could sell us some cleaning products so we could get our bikes in better shape, but one look at them and the guys knew they needed more than a cleaning. They put everything else aside to help us get new chains on and do a thorough evaluation of all the crucial parts. We went away an hour later with clean bikes and new chains and all the supplies we needed to keep them clean and lubed. Thanks so much, guys—you saved our trip!

I enjoyed my shopping experience. I really did not expect to leave with a new bike, but that’s exactly what happened. Brad let me test drive 3 different bikes and helped me choose the best one for my purposes. I just rode my new TREX up Day Mountain in Acadia National Park. And it fulfilled my expectations. Easy ride up for this 73 year old.
