i dropped off my bike on a thursday morning for a new brake assembly, was headed out of town until that saturday and was anticipating picking it up on the saturday that i came back. while i still picked it up on saturday, the guys/girls at the shop had the whole service completed before i had left town on thursday, which was way earlier than im used to with other bike shops. reasonable prices too, was 60$ to install a new front brake lever line and caliper and have it all bled through

My son just purchased his 3rd marlin 6 trek bike here, which he uses to ride to work 365. Great bicycles and great service. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend

Through the Pedal & Shine women’s group, I discovered Trek Manayunk (I’d passed a thousand times but never went in) Absolutely stellar service. Very nice and patient, I feel that they explained everything to me thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I understood. I got a level 2 tune up and some upgrades (waxed chain, tubeless system, new tires and bar tape). It was a pretty quick turn around especially in peak season, and my bike felt BRAND NEW! when I picked it up. Highly recommend the chain waxing service, and getting your regular maintenance done here. They will take care of you and while being cost conscious.

After a not-so-great experience in another store, we took our 2.5 year old to Trek to be fitted for his first bike helmet. Anthony was SO helpful, as well as so patient and kind to our cranky toddler who was refusing to put the helmet on. He allowed him to play with the wheel on the back of the helmet, and let him take his time getting comfortable; and in the end he was all smiles trying on different styles. Anthony made sure he tried on several sizes to ensure the perfect fit---helping to ease my anxiety over sizing. His helmet (the Little Dipper) is awesome....he looks great, and most importantly we know he is safe when riding his scooter. Shopping with a toddler can be tough, and he made the experience really fun and pleasant. We will definitely be back again when he is ready for his first bike!

I was having problems with a used full suspension mountain bike from 2021.
Mainly, it’s a quick release wheel in the rear and the hub kept coming loosing.
Goose and the boys in the back took care of me on the spot with a quick adjustment.
I was able to get on the trails in Wissahickon the next day, and the hub is holding steady.
Thanks . Can’t wait to come buy my Fuel EX 8 from ya’ll when I’m ready

Wonderful and helpful staff! Was a very relaxed setting and I enjoyed spending some time with the mechanic and other workers talking shop. No pressure to buy but very transparent and knowledgeable conversations! I was seriously impressed with this place and would definitely recommend. They don’t just do service on treks, either.
