Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful. Actually I had to go back the next day because I broke something in the process of putting sealant into the tires and they were very helpful offering many solutions. Walked out satisfied and would recommend stopping in. If your think about getting into cycling. Great place to shop. Tell them James from Montco Outdoor sent you!!!

Whitney, Geoff (Jeff?), and Enoch at Trek Pottstown are AWESOME! We have our mountain bikes serviced there, and the work is always completed on time, as promised. When smaller issues have cropped-up (i.e., new chain, adjustment, etc.), the team has always been helpful, courteous, and professional. I feel they treat our bikes as if they were their own. We highly recommend this shop - friendly, exceptional service at a fair price.

What a wonderful bike shop with such positive vibes! I bought a new helmet and Brittany, the manager, called around to several stores to locate the color and make arrangements to get it there quickly. Truly wonderful customer service! I brought my daughter in the next day and she bought a few items and learned about different groups she could start riding with out of the shop.
