I was looking for a new saddle. They generously let me try two 3D printed ones that did not suit me well. The third one, not 3D printed (Trek/Selle Verse Comp Short), ended up being the best one for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First time being in a Trek bike store and my family thought it was great!! The Trek name but saw many more different varieties or styles. We were greeted right away as soon as we walked in and the Trek employee who helped us was very cool, easy going with all information we could have possibly wanted. He definitely helped make the choosing of a bike and the purchase very easy. It is my son's best bike upgrade yet and he loves the look and feel of his new bike. We will definitely be back.

My experience buying a bike here has been awesome. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently came in to have my bike adjusted and was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. I highly recommend shopping here for your next bike. Trek in Pottstown is great!
