I stopped in to check out a marlin. Mike helped me with all of my questions, he is very knowledgeable and patient. It was a rainy day so I couldn’t take a test ride. Mike reserved the bike for me, since I picked a clearance model from last years line up, selection and availability were limited. I came back the next day and worked with Andrew. Just like Mike, Andrew was very patient and knowledgeable. I took a couple of test rides and made my selection but my color selection was out of stock. Andrew searched other stores and there were only a couple bikes available in the country in my size and color selection. Andrew got the bike set up for transfer to spring house and got all of the add ons I wanted situated. I Can’t wait to pick up my new bike when it comes in. Thanks to Mike, Andrew and Brad (I hope that’s correct) the manager for a great experience. I highly recommend the Trek store in Springhouse.
