Knowledge, friendly, attentive atmosphere. I purchased non-trek equipment and accessories and they were installed at no additional cost. Demonstration of new electronic equipment. Advice provided on use and care. Post purchase free and reduced cost service included with the bike purchase. Other stores have made me feel like l lack knowledge or the staff does not care about your concerns. At trek I am treated with respect and was heard.
