Had a rush on a fatbike that had been hung up wet a year prior and needed some love the day before a much anticipated snowstorm. Pete hooked me up. Much appreciated! Now I just have to get accustomed to letting go of my clenching anxiety every time I apply the brakes expecting a squeal that would make every dog bark within a 3 mile radius ;)

The guys working yesterday were very gracious. It was a cold day outside and they let my daughter test ride a few bikes in the store. And they also helped us pick out some great accessories to help us on the road. Just very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when talking about products that we just found interesting but had no intentions of buying, they were more than willing to share their knowledge about it. I would highly recommend this store.

Anthony and the team were extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through all of my questions without any pressure to buy. It’s clear they truly care about bikes and the cycling community, not just sales. Even though there are several Trek stores closer to me, I drove over an hour to visit this location and it was completely worth it. The customer service alone sets this store apart.
