I have been going to Trek for the past 4 years since my started mountain biking. The staff is really helpful. Sometimes they fix small things at no charge, which is really helpful.

Had an amazing experience at Trek Bicycle Ardmore! Anthony went above and beyond helping me install my bike roof rack. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time — and did it all with a smile. Customer service like that really stands out. Highly recommend this shop and especially Anthony if you need help with anything bike-related!
