So when you’re low on sleep and energy you’d think you should either take a nap or do some calm scenic driving, maybe a nice bubble bath (even though no matter how hard you try, you can never keep the book or phone from getting wet). But you definitely wouldn’t think of going to shop for a bike, right? Well apparently thats not how my friend rolls, he decided he’s gotta get a bike! So we saddle up and head over to this Trek store. Im busy thinking — if he does happen to fall in love with a bike there ain’t no way I’m fitting it in the back of my sedan, and I don’t got a bike rack. And he’s too tired to bike back with it, so that means we’re gonna have to make a second trip back to this place at a time that he’s got some more energy and he can ride his baby home! Which also means this store has got to be accommodating if we’re gonna be coming back.
And accommodating they were!!
I walk in and the first thing I see are the supremely comfy chairs that I can fotz in until my buddy comes up with the exact bike he needs! Before plopping down I see the Keurig machine and the assortment of coffee they’re offering, I brew myself two cups of the best looking ones and sit down! The nice big TV is showing some entertaining bike trail tours or something, and I’m pretty much set for however long this can possibly take!
Meanwhile my buddy is trying out all the different bikes, the dudes allowed him to take the bikes around the parking lot, test their durability and see whether the seats give him wedgies!
All in all he settled on a bike and came back to pick it up later, I had a great time chilling there watching those bike trails and reading “101 reasons to ride” (most reasons weren’t too convincing btw).
But yeah I definitely recommend this place!!
