A special commendation to Brad, Paul and the rest of the service members at the Trek store in Springhouse. I had my bike serviced earlier in the year but I had to take it back a few times to make modifications. On each of my visits the gentlemen in the service department listened to my concerns and persisted until the problem with my bicycle was addressed. They are extremely knowledgeable and understand the needs of us cycling types. I appreciate the high level of professionalism and prompt service. Thank you guys!!! You're the best!!!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience my son and husband had at your shop yesterday.
What started as a simple flat tire repair turned into a wonderful learning opportunity. The young gentleman who assisted us was incredibly patient—he didn't just fix the tire; he took the time to teach my son how to change the inner tube himself. He even encouraged my husband to film the process so my son could refer back to it and provided the exact tire specifications for future purchases.
Yesterday was the Lunar New Year's Eve, and this year marks the Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac. This act of kindness and professional mentorship made our holiday celebration even more memorable. It is rare to find a business that treats its young customers with such care and empowers them with new skills.

I received fantastic service from the Easton Trek store. I usually shop the Allentown store because it’s closer but they didn’t have the closeout bike that I wanted in stock. I searched online and found what I wanted at the Easton store so I purchased it online and picked it up the next day. I was super impressed with the young man that greeted me as soon as I walked in. I believe his name is Kevin. He prepped my bike for me and added my requested accessories. I will definitely be back to visit the Easton store for my future needs.

I love my Trek and i highly recommend this location! Customer service is spot on! Also I recommended doing a test drive before buying. It really gives you a better idea what bike really fits you!
