Answered every question, shared a ton of useful knowledge, and made me feel really welcome as part of both the store and the local riding community. The guys at Trek Cherry Hill are always so helpful, friendly and make us feel comfortable asking any questions we have. After two years, our teenage son is still rather new to the triathlon world so having people who can help explain things that will work well for his biking sets is a huge help. It is a relief knowing that they will set him up with what suits his needs and will help develop his skills. They remember our family every time we walk into the store which also puts us at ease.
