Stopped in this bike shop today and it was a really great experience. I had a pretty unique problem that I was trying to deal with, and got taken care of right away. The staff had multiple solutions and different options. Cole specifically helped me and was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend using this shop!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly personalized, and they kept me informed and communicated with me throughout the entire process.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was the extra level of service when I picked up my bike, they walked it out to my car and helped me load it because I didn't have anyone with me to help.
That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them!

shopping for an e bike was quick and very informative at the Trek store. We were able to do a test ride and get our bikes ordered that day. While waiting for the bike to come in, the store was able to get our bike from a nearby store about a week earlier. Picking up the bikes was again very informative and smooth with lots of great information from the store rep. Overall a great experience and we feel we can trust the shop for all the support we will need into the future.

The people working in the store were very nice and provided great service when we bought a kids bike a few weeks ago. Then, I just called in to the shop to ask a maintenance question and the person who answered the phone explained to me how to complete the task. I am finished and my kid can ride their bike again. We will be going back there in the future for sure.
