I brought my E-Mtn bike in for service last week and while they were checking me in they were also looking it over and asking questions. I told them about a couple of issues I had this summer that I wanted looked at. They were very thorough in getting all the details they needed to be able to do a good job. When I called to see if it was ready they explained that my dropper post issue was resolved under warranty which was a big surprise that I got a new one without paying anything extra. I also explained to them that someone had hit my bike rack and made it unusable so they offered to deliver my bike to my house for me. I made arrangements for delivery when I went into pay my bill where I had another Happy Surprise. The bill was about $70 less than my estimate. The people at Trek of Loveland made my day considering the previous day was a bummer when I saw the damage to my bike rack by a Hit and Run person.

Really great bike shop. People there are knowledgeable, attentive, and really nice. Purchased Domane SL 5 and it's a sweet ride. Very comfortable for longer rides but stiff enough to be responsive and fast. I use it as my road and gravel bike. I just switch out the rims and tires depending on what type of surface I'll be riding on.

Service! Bent my rear derailleur hanger during move back to Colorado, Luke was awesome! He was very attentive and responsive, and not only fixed my rear derailleur hanger but saw my front derailleur was off, and he fixed that one too! Thank you Luke!! I will be back to purchase new bike rack!

Derek was very helpful in letting me test ride bikes that helped me choose the best fit for me. The $200 discount I received was very helpful. The pickup of my bike after it was assembled was very smooth. The trek website is helpful in answering my questions about future flat tire repair and local trails.
