I brought my E-Mtn bike in for service last week and while they were checking me in they were also looking it over and asking questions. I told them about a couple of issues I had this summer that I wanted looked at. They were very thorough in getting all the details they needed to be able to do a good job. When I called to see if it was ready they explained that my dropper post issue was resolved under warranty which was a big surprise that I got a new one without paying anything extra. I also explained to them that someone had hit my bike rack and made it unusable so they offered to deliver my bike to my house for me. I made arrangements for delivery when I went into pay my bill where I had another Happy Surprise. The bill was about $70 less than my estimate. The people at Trek of Loveland made my day considering the previous day was a bummer when I saw the damage to my bike rack by a Hit and Run person.

The employees were patient with during my long decision process. The team helped me understand the differences in various components which guided me to the perfect bike.
