Amazing! is the only way I can sum up the staff and the level of service provided thus far.
Abridged version is I purchased a bike (fx1) however decided the fx3 would be more suitable.
As the bike was 2 days old I was able to return it and pay the difference and rode out on the fx3.
The staff were understanding, swapped the pedals out for me and then spent a good 30mins going over my new bike (checking gears, giving it a test ride). Then they ensured everything was at the correct height/reach for me.
I cannot recommend the store and the staff highly enough from my experience and I will not hesitate to return for any accessories/services in the future.
10/10.

Couldn't give them any higher praise. Went there to get a gravel bike. The guys were incredibly helpful, they let me test different sizes and I never felt pressured onto a bike that they had on the floor. The guys were very polite and patient.

I had to fly my bicycle to Singapore and asked the shop if they could help me with a box. The staff was very helpful, offered me a few sizes to choose. It is also quite close to the airport, much easier to transport the box back on your rack. Thank you so much! Lifesavers!

Andy at the Belmont store was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had very little knowledge about Trek and the type of cycle I would require. But Andy went through the Pro's and Con's between the Checkpoint, Madone & Domane. I test rode all three bikes and next thing you know, I was saddled on a new Trek Domane SL6. They did not have the colour I wanted in stock but Andy sourced the last one for me at the Whitfords store which I then picked up later in the day.
All round it was a great experience purchasing a new bike that my wife and I ended up purchasing a new Marlin 6 e-Bike too.
