Great friendly service, they were fairly busy on a Saturday but enough staff to help me as soon as i entered the store. Fixed my flat tyre and fitted new handle grips promptly. Big store with a huge range of bikes and accessories too. Thanks guys.

I have been going to TBE for a number of years now and I consistently receive excellent service from both TBE Belmont and Myaree (where I go as they are close to work/home). The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. If I need advice, they provide it, and they always look after my bike. Both Dave at Belmont and the staff at Myaree have fitted me in quickly to sort out issues with the bike when I have had problems.
I actually feel like a valued customer to TBE, and have bought both my MTB and road bikes from them. I always recommend them to friends and colleagues because I know that they will be looked after.

They are set up technically very well with text msg and approval process on repairs done with ease. They fixed the bikes in no time. However on the ride home we had a minor problem. When called them straight away from the road side and had a phone conversation with a young man and we obviously had a small language barrier problem. However after speaking to management they came out within the hour and picked up both bikes late in the arvo. They were repairs and dropped off at my address within 12hour. Well done Bike entrepreneurs very happy. Thankyou.
