I came in there looking for a 2019 Giant Reign, being younger i was pushed to a cheaper bike with the attitude that i would not be able to afford the Reign or was at the skill level for the Reign. As soon as they stared treating me like this i immediately left and will not be coming back.

I've been told they are good but experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. Make sure you inspect your bike when you pick it up because I didn't and when I was cycling realized the wheels were loosen plus the new wheel that I purchased from them came in with defects. I'd go back there to ask for fixing it if I didn't have so many problems with them just to get it replaced. So frustration is the key word of my review.

I went into TBE Belmont on Saturday as been viewing their website during the week about discounted Fox helmets from $149.95 down to $74.00. Once at the store was greeted by one of the salespersons and advised on looking for a Fox helmet as per their website. Then was shown the selected helmets and only to discover the prices marked as per the website do not correspond to the instore shop prices. I showed the prices on the website and was clear as day the discounted price. Then was further denied about the prices and got advised that I've made a mistake and I must of seen it in a fuzzy manner as per the salesperson, which frustrated me, so I said to the salesperson that I'm only going by your website and the prices therein, if cannot honour the prices why have discounted items to sell in the first place. Anyone who does go to this store because of viewing their website please beware as it's all not what it seems.
