After buying a second hand road bike I went in for the Static bike fit with Chris at TBE Belmont. The process lead to some significant and some minor modifications. The improvement difference in my riding experience was chalk and cheese. Bum not sore, less pressure on my knees and more comfortable on the handlebars. I can't praise Chris enough and the good value that the fit presents. I should mention I had previous to the fit tried to calculate my own optimum positions. As it turned out I was significantly off my optimum positioning.

The guys at TBE Belmont are always very helpful, whether you are looking at a $20 bottle cage or a $2000 bike, they are always keen to help and offer advise. I recently purchased my very first road bike and Geoff could not have been more helpful. Not knowing a lot about Road Bikes he took the time to understand my riding habits and what bike would best suit my requirements before offering some suggestions. They did not have the size of bike I needed in stock for me to try, so he offered to order one in from another store for me to have a ride on with no commitment to purchase necessary. Once I purchased the bike, they set it up with all the lights etc so it was ready to ride and Geoff again made some excellent suggestions about positioning of the lights and bell so they were out of the way but also very accessible. It makes such difference having experienced cyclists on hand to offer tips and advise, especially for a novice cycler like myself. I would definitely recommend TBE Belmont for all your biking needs :-)
