I had an outstanding experience at Trek Bicycle Champions. Mason, the store manager, goes above and beyond every time! He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and makes sure you leave with exactly what you need. His assistant (whose name I didn’t catch) was also very helpful and attentive, adding to the welcoming vibe of the shop. The tech crew deserves a big shout out too. Geoff, Tom, Alec, and the newer team members are all professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain things and make sure your bike is in top shape. It’s rare to find a shop where everyone works together so smoothly and treats customers with genuine care. Whether you need a new bike, service, or just good advice, this is the place to go.
