Trek Champions has the best customer service that I’ve personally experienced so far since I’ve started biking within this last year. Everyone on the team is very helpful and has also assisted me on any issue or question I needed clarification on. Geoff from day one is primarily the main person that has helped me and he always goes over and beyond to take care of the customer which is very appreciated. If you need any service, maintenance, or are looking to get a new bike or bike accessories you won’t be disappointed with Trek Champions. 10/10!

We had SO MUCH FUN with Mason as he helped us find our beginner mountain bikes. He explained things in a way that was understandable, he asked questions and listened, he guided us to the must-haves and told us what parts of our bike riding purchases could wait until later when we have some time in the saddle. After an explanation of the bikes that suited our needs, Mason pulled two bikes for us to test ride, making sure to fit us to the bikes for an enjoyable ride. We loved them so much that we purchased those two bikes on the spot! We added helmets, bibs, a repair kit with two tubes that fastens to one of the bikes in case of emergency, lights for the helmets and bike handles/seat, and a drink/bottle case for my husband's bike. There wasn't a single moment of our experience that was anything less than awesome! Mason is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. We recommend Trek Bicycle Champions and manager Mason one hundred percent!

The crew at Trek Champions are awesome - they will get you sorted out, fixed up and out riding, no matter what the problem. And they are helpful and fair (they'll sell you what you need, nothing you don't and won't gouge you on the work they do).

Absolutely the nicest friendliest and knowledgeable group of guys. They were fast and the service was very affordable. They helped me take the bike out of my car and placed it back into my car. Great young men. Very polite.

I came in to get my bike checked for a potential gear shift issue and the repair shop attendant did some troubleshooting and made some adjustments. He seemed very knowledgeable about bikes, and was very friendly, asking questions, and offering advice.

I recently bought an old Trek bike from someone, and I decided to go here to see if there are any issues with the bike (granted I don't know anything about the bike's workings). The bike technicians, I never asked for their names unfortunately, were welcoming and took a look at my bike for FREE.
He told me what was "wrong" with the bike (it was the brakes rubbing against the front wheels, and the gears being a little janky) and went to fixing it. I went behind the shop for a test ride, and low and behold the bike functioned exponentially better compared to before.
Would recommend, I believe they service any bike models, doesn't necessarily have to be a Trek bike.
