I have bought several bikes here. Never any pressure. Always very helpful staff. They help you understand all of the features and differences and have your best interests at heart to make sure you enjoy your bicycle. This store has an incredible selection of all sorts of bikes - kids to adults - cruisers to mountain to a huge selection of e-bikes. Tons of great accessories. Reasonable prices and honest service. A great place to go if you have a simple question too. They just want to help and have happy customers.

As soon as I test drove a Trek Bike I knew right away that this was a bike like no other. The representatives here really life the lifestyle when it comes to cycling. The customer service is top notch. Extremely knowledgeable. Not once did they try to over sell me on anything. I didn't purchase my bike from them but they work on it and keep it serviced like I did. Only place i go to for all of my bike needs.
