Bought my son’s first bike here before it was Trek. Almost 8 years ago!! Can’t say enough good things of their customer service! Feel a bit nostalgic sometimes when coming back, as my kids continue to grow and it is time for a new bike.

I contacted the store because I was traveling to the area. I saw that the shop offered bicycle rentals. I spoke with the Store Manager, Mason Shorrosh prior to my trip to discuss the rental program. Mason gave me great feedback and information regarding the rental program and about trails and areas to ride while visiting the area. Prior to scheduled day of renting, Mason called me and re-confirmed the details and confirmed the bike I was interested in renting. I arrived at the store on a Saturday morning just after opening. I was immediately greeted by Mason. Mason had already set up a Trek SL5 Checkpoint with a helmet, water bottles, and an emergency tool and flat repair kit. He confirmed my size and fitting and we finalized the rental details. Mason took time to show me local trails and provided local expertise and knowledge about each of the trails I was interested in. I ended up riding nearly 30 miles on the Checkpoint. The bike performed perfectly. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Mason and his crew. Aside from taking care of me, I observed courteous, professional treatment of every customer that came into the store. Thank you Mason and crew for an awesome experience and for helping make my trip fun and make it a memorable adventure.

The staff make the store. Everytime I stop in for service on my bike, they go above and beyond to help me improve on maintaining my own bike, explaining the work they’re doing to it, and my bike always rides so well after. Best shop around, will definitely keep using them for my bike servicing!

I have bought several bikes here. Never any pressure. Always very helpful staff. They help you understand all of the features and differences and have your best interests at heart to make sure you enjoy your bicycle. This store has an incredible selection of all sorts of bikes - kids to adults - cruisers to mountain to a huge selection of e-bikes. Tons of great accessories. Reasonable prices and honest service. A great place to go if you have a simple question too. They just want to help and have happy customers.

As soon as I test drove a Trek Bike I knew right away that this was a bike like no other. The representatives here really life the lifestyle when it comes to cycling. They are cyclists to the core that live for this! If you have any questions they have answers! Walked in looking for a bike, walked out with the perfect bike!!

The customer service is top notch. Extremely knowledgeable. Not once did they try to over sell me on anything. I didn't purchase my bike from them but they work on it and keep it serviced like I did. Only place i go to for all of my bike needs.
