I absolutely love this superfood powder! It tastes amazing and is a great way of getting all those extra nutrients in. The kids love it in pancakes too. Keeps me full until lunchtime and helps keep me feeling energised and healthy.

As someone who skips breakfast this is perfect for me! Just throw in a blender with a banana and milk and I’m full until lunch! It’s so good knowing my body is getting what it needs!

Having just embarked on a total wellness journey since hitting perimenopause, I was super excited to see the launch of this product and include it. It was not overly chocolate which was perfect meaning I could use it in many ways, with yoghurt, shakes, overnight oats and protein balls. Having been recently diagnosed also with raised cholesterol and blood glucose, I know this will definitely help. Absolutely love this product

I was so excited to try this Superfood. As someone who likes to stay fit and healthy, it’s a product I’ve been looking to try and incorporate into my diet. It didn’t disappoint! It tastes delicious. Not too chocolatey that it’s sickly but sweet enough so there’s not that taste that some supplements leave. It’s been so easy to add this to my diet, into my keto coffees, porridge and just as a smoothie. The bag is huge and scoop is beautiful! I feel more awake and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my energy! I can’t wait to see the longer term benefits of this product!

I first embarked on our Life products last October, it’s been quite the year!!! By March 2021 I had lost 3 stone, and with the added support of Life Soul, our Well Gels and Keto-Coffee I was able to start weaning off opiate medication which I’d been addicted to for 8 years!!! I was taking 28 pills a day!!! I’ve now been completely clear of meds for 3 weeks!!! So when it was announced that we were releasing this superfood blend I couldn’t believe my luck!!! I’ve been using it for 4 days now and JUST WOW!!!! I feel so energised, focused and generally well, I suffer from different conditions but just knowing the amazing ingredients in this blend are helping boost me and fire on all cylinders, I just know it will become a staple in my diet for the foreseeable!!! I’m so conscious now of what I put in my system, and feel blessed to have these products available to us at such a great price!! Thank you Urban Retreat once again!!!

I have used the superfood powder in an overnight oats recipe and it gave us such a lovely depth and knowing I was getting all those superfood benefits is a bonusI have also made a hot chocolate with it and found it to be nice and chocolatey and creamyVery impressed with it so far with what I have used it for Can’t wait to try more recipes.

Having a product like this full of all the nutrients my body needs that I can fit into my already existing diet is a 10/10 for me. The taste is amazing you would have no idea it's a powder, it keeps me full and curbs my cravings. Chocolate that's great for my mind, body and skin is a dream. So many recipes this can be incorporated in.
