Andre and his team did an awesome job. They spent hours in extremely cold weather getting the job done. The attention to detail and the willingness to get the job done right is greatly appreciated. It's nice to have a local contractor one the Cape as my go to company for my next home project!

ASA Construction recently completed shingling our home. From initial consult with Andre, the company’s owner, to the final clean up of our property at job completion, I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest projects we ever undertook. Andre was a delight to work with and his crew were polite and respectful of our property at all times. The end result of this project met all expectations.

Andre and his crew did a fantastic job. We had them re-shingle the whole house with SBC Cape Cod Gray double dipped shingles, replaced the fascia’s, soffits and freeze with AZEK boards, replaced the front gutters, replace the back deck and front porch with TimberTech AZEK Slate Gray decking. They cleaned up every day so we could let our dogs use the back yard. Andre kept us up to date on delivery dates for supplies and our progress in each of the steps.

We recently had ASA Construction Group replace all our siding, trim, and gutters. Andre and his team are fast and fantastic. We went with James Hardie clapboard in Grey Slate and Azek white trim. We had our front door, storm door, side garage door, and garage door replaced as well. I am in awe of the turn out and how quickly the project was finished. If you’re looking for a construction company that is reliable, fast, and keeps you updated, then ASA is who I highly recommend. Andre and his team cleaned up extremely well after each day which was very important to me because of my step-son and dog. Go with Andre and his team. You won’t be disappointed!

ASA Construction Group recently re-shingled our historic home and cottage on Davisville Rd in East Falmouth. We had gotten the referral from one of our neighbors and had seen his work on some nearby properties, so called on Andre for an estimate. The estimate was competitive and thorough, detailing all the work to be completed. The job started on the time, the crew showed up every day, worked hard the entire day, and didn’t leave until the job was completed. Their team’s work ethic was something I have not witnessed in a while, very impressive. Andre was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns and issues we had, always courteous and professional. ASA took the extra time to make sure our house kept its historic integrity with the materials used and workmanship. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

My experience with ASA has been positive from my first meeting with Andre until the Hardie shingle siding job was complete. Andre was prompt when he came to look at the project, he was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me the address to several homes where he had installed shingle siding so that I could see the quality of his work. When I drove by the homes, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. Although the crew started a week late due to rain, they did an awesome job. I was blown away at how meticulous the entire crew was and the extra time they spent on the details. Andre and his crew recently replaced my large deck. They did an outstanding job, I am very happy with the end result. Andre sincerely cares about your satisfaction by making sure that they do exactly what you want. He also will recommend alternatives if he has a better idea and fully explain why. His crew members are friendly, courteous, and are hard workers, arriving early and working late each day. I highly recommend ASA Construction and will be using them again for other house improvements.

ASA Construction Group recently replaced our gutters, siding and trim, a double window, an outdoor shower enclosure and, using the same footprint, replaced a large deck. They substantially finished this in about 15 days after they began but needed to delay the window replacement a few weeks due to product delivery delays. Every day, they showed up with the sun and worked until they ran out of light at the end of the day. They worked efficiently and carefully, leaving the property in good condition every evening. Each crews talked to us about progress as the projects evolved, and Andre Tameirao supervised the entire thing and was always available somehow. He was very interested in working with us so that there were no surprises or disappointments. The materials included James Hardie siding and Azek trim, composite decking and TimberTech railings, a Cape Cod Shower enclosure, and other modern composite materials. Of importance to us were the repairs and reinforcement that they made to the deck framing, as well as the building exterior, before the final outermost covering materials were applied, so that they were not just covering structural problems. This was a large project for us, and we are very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to contact Andre again if a need arose for any work that is within his company’s scope of expertise.
