Andre was outstanding. Gave me a fair estimate. Was not the lowest, and was not the highest I had received to do what amounted to a very large job. I had a roof done, replaced a great deal of rotting trim, and had all four sides cedar shingled. They were quick and very thorough.

ASA Construction Group recently completed the total residing of our home in Mashpee. The job started on the agreed upon start date. The crew continued to work until the job was completed. No starts and stops. We obtained five estimates and ASA was the low bidder. We had a small change order and ASA provided the work without an extra charge. The house looks like new. Our satisfaction level exceeds 100%

I recently had ASA replace my roof, install new siding, and re-face my chimney. Andre and his team are fantastic! From the first phone call to ask for a quote, through to the completion of the work, I couldn't have been happier. Andre was incredibly responsive and addressed any/every question promptly- his genuine concern about making sure that I was happy with the work was refreshing! He and his team even fixed some "loose ends" that a contractor that I'd previously hired to install new windows had left undone. As far as the ASA team goes - they showed up early every day, and worked until dusk. Extremely hardworking and courteous - went above and beyond, including fixing my front door which wasn't closing properly. If you are considering any home renovations, I would very highly, very enthusiastically recommend ASA!!!

He stood by his original quote and timeline right through completion of the work. I will recommend him anytime and I will contact him whenever I need more renovations done to our house. Andre, the owner of ASA construction is a consummate professional who cares deeply for his customer’s satisfaction and about the quality of work his company provides. I have hired him several times to do work on my home ranging from residing to replacing doors and sliders and could not be happier. He stays in touch with his clients regarding scheduled jobs and has always come bye after to look the job over to make sure it meets his standards and clients expectations. I had 5 estimates to have our 4500 ft house house in Falmouth sided with new trim installed around all windows & doors. I wanted Enviro-Bleached traditional Cape Cod cedar shingles. These are dipped in a bleaching substance at the factory and adds a layer of protection. All trim was to be white composite board. My family has a building maintenance and carpentry background and I am well aware of the what to expect from most projects. 1 of the contractors told me the job was too big for his crew to handle. I appreciated his honesty. One wanted to push the job off for 6 months claiming he would never be able to get the materials I had wanted due to supply issues. Another contractor worked for a huge local builder who moonlighted after hours with his boss's blessing. He gave me an estimate double of what was expected from a job of this size. I was embarrassed for him. 2 of my neighbors were having their houses sided with Hardy Board. I noticed an ASA sign posted on the lawn as the crew worked. Everyday, early morning start. Late afternoon early evening end. Very impressed by this work ethic. One afternoon Mauro approached me and said he could have his boss Andre contact me about siding our home. Andre came out and walked around the entire property and we discussed what I wanted and he came up with a couple idea's that were spot on of what I wanted. I knew then, he was knowledgable about what he was doing and not just a salesman. I saw first hand the quality of our neighbors houses and the excellent reviews they had given us about their experience. Before he left my home he called his supplier and had no problem having all materials for the job. Amazing, no excuses. We decided to go with ASA Construction. I knew I wanted a qualified James Hardie siding installer and boy, was I fortunate to be put in touch with ASA Construction. From the moment I first spoke to Andre, until the end of the project, Andre was always in touch. Andre and his crew were professional every day they showed up. Andre listened to my wants and even saved me some money by suggesting alternatives. I even added a few additional wants that were not initially quoted and Andre accommodated me and made sure that they got done. His crew even worked through the cold and snow to ensure that the project got done in a timely manner. The team was quick and thorough working in the middle of the winter. They did a wonderful job on installing prestained shingles and azek window trims. My house is 30' at the peaks from the ground so was not an easy task. If a problem did arise they were quick to address it. I will use them again when I finish the front of my house.

ASA Construction Group was amazing to work with. From start to finish I felt like I was a valued customer. Andre showed up on time, listened to what I wanted for my house and was able to give great feedback to meet my needs. He paid attention to detail, let me know what was going on during the whole process. The crew was polite and hard working. They paid attention to detail and kept the work area clean. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. It was refreshing to do work with such an honest and professional company. My 40 year old house looks like it was just built. The end result came out better than I could have hoped for. Just an extra shout out to the crew. My dog is an escape artist and I had an area of her kennel barricaded. Without asking, the crew devised a fool proof fix that looks 1000 times better than my contraption.
