Current pandemic situation is not a excuse to have such unprofessional poor customer service.
You call in the morning inquiring what is needed to receive information about buying a bike in the store, they said: Just a negative Corona test and a mask, fair enough.
Then you go later the same day to the store and they just invent excuses about being alone in the store, can't attend you, when you bring the call early in the morning, they make even more excuses.
Get your communications correct.
