Took my new bike in for a wrap and tubeless set up. They noticed damage on the frame and sorted out the return (bike bought online from another store) which would have been a nightmare for me to do. When my replacement bike arrived they carried it the work and I'm very happy with it!

Brakes frame shifting bleeding my brakes. My bike is not a trek through but everytime I go to them they are helpfull nice . it nice having a little chat with them I remmmed it 10000 % the best bike shop you over go to your life.

Dylan was fantastic, he helped me choose the right accessories, gave great advice on what I’d need for the winter months, and even recommended a brilliant spot to get a photo with my new bike, which I’m absolutely over the moon with.
The Cycle Scheme process was simple and straightforward, and I’m really pleased with the savings I made.

Nipped into the store a few months ago now and was greeted by Arwen, super nice individual gave me all the time in the world to help me choose the right bike for me made the entire process super easy and had the ability to answer all my question as a total novice rider.
Nipped back in today to just check a couple of things on the bike Arwen was there again and was again very happy and willing to help. I’ve recommended this place to all my colleagues fantastic customer service, the guy who built my bike was very nice and was also happy to entertain my questions, great staff at this store.
