TLDR: Thank you so much for assembling the wheelchair wheel that we desperately needed, so that my friend could safely get mobile again and fly home to the US. Your service was friendly, supportive and you did excellent work, which was very affordable.
STORY: We ordered a new wheel when spokes broke. It arrived from Birmingham in 3 pieces. Called every 'mobility' shop in Greater Manchester and nobody would help assemble it, because it wasn't bought there. In desperation we realised you were near us and we called - just in case you could help us, even if only to get the tyre part on. In less than 1.5 minutes you said, "Yes we can put that together' with absolute confidence.
An hour later we had collected a perfect wheel, in one piece, including the push rail. We cannot thank you enough for this urgent work. You've been fantastic .
Moral of the story: mobility shops are shit - and you are the best bike shop in the known universe.
P.S.we don't need the broken wheel after all.

First class service. I took my Canyon Road bike here after it had been knocked around whilst being shipped back to the UK. Not only were the teams really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with timings - they only charged me £8. Honestly, I’d have paid £8 for the service and 5/10x that for fixing my bike. They even threw in a quick fitting. I dealt with Paddy and two of the lads on the front desk (apologies I didn’t get your names).
Would highly recommend without any doubt!

Although factory linked, the shop staff are very pleasant and helpful. I suffered a nail through my tyre cycling into work and needed a new tyre. Although I was not on a Trek they were only to happy to help and sorted me out and got me back on the road in my lunch hour. Thanks I really appreciated it.

I was looking for my next bike online and went to test the bike instore. I was shown the bike i liked by Dylan. he fitted me to the correct size bike and then showed me its features.
