Nipped into the store a few months ago now and was greeted by Arwen, super nice individual gave me all the time in the world to help me choose the right bike for me made the entire process super easy and had the ability to answer all my question as a total novice rider.
Nipped back in today to just check a couple of things on the bike Arwen was there again and was again very happy and willing to help. I’ve recommended this place to all my colleagues fantastic customer service, the guy who built my bike was very nice and was also happy to entertain my questions, great staff at this store.

I dropped into the store just to see what they had based on my initial research on upgrading to a full carbon road bike. Ended up chatting with Liam, who was friendly, knowledgeable and offered me a week-long test ride of the Madone SL6 Gen 8, which I happily accepted.
When I returned, the bike was already set up for me, and they even gave helpful advice on bike insurance, without any pressure or upselling.
Liam and Dylan then worked together to offer a great deal on a custom bike bundle and build, including several upgrades I’d chosen.
Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase. But based on the outstanding customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Trek in the future.

Highly professional and friendly service! I've had a great experience buying my bike from the Trek Manchester shop. Very knowledgeable and approachable staff who helped me pick the right bike and size for me. When I went in to collect they checked everything over for me, installed my pedals, bike bag and bottle cages and answered all my questions. Highly recommended and I am super happy with my new bike. Brought my Brompton in with punctured wheel tyre. Very friendly staff extremely helpful efficient service fixed in 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Brought bike back few days later with (unrelated) gear issue fixed there and then for free. Highly recommended

i travelled to Manchester on a stag got a flat wheel on my wheelchair. rang the shop as it was just around the corner.
it was nearly closing time but the Lady on the phone said come ahead and i was met at the door by a man had the wheel fixed and out in no time. wouldn’t take a penny for his work and trouble either.
i would highly recommend this shop. thanks again.
