Brought my Brompton in with punctured wheel tyre. Very friendly staff extremely helpful efficient service fixed in 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Brought bike back few days later with (unrelated) gear issue fixed there and then for free. Highly recommended

Amazing service. i visited the store 14/06/25
i travelled to Manchester on a stag got a flat wheel on my wheelchair. rang the shop as it was just around the corner.
it was nearly closing time but the Lady on the phone said come ahead and i was met at the door by a man had the wheel fixed and out in no time. wouldn’t take a penny for his work and trouble either.
i would highly recommend this shop. thanks again.

As usual outstanding service from the Trek Manchester team, Dan Dylon and Paddy (who was on holiday today), not forgetting Liam who kindly made me a coffee. I have bought two bikes from the shop this year and the odd little glitch is dealt with as soon as I arrive at the shop and often within an hour the problem is resolved and I'm on my way. Today in particular Dan sorted an awkward problem with my Domane. Definitely at a five star service from the guys at Manchester Trek, I would have no hesitation in recommending the shop and the team.

Went to Trek Manchester on 28/01/25 to have an integrated cockpit fitted to my Trek Emonda SL7. I had talked to Dan on the phone to arrange the fitting and was greatly encouraged by his warmth,helpfullness and enthusiasm.
They fitted my cockpit while my wife and I went for Lunch and a walk around town.
Well, they did an absolutely fantastic job!!!....to say I was happy with how it turned out is an understatement.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dan, the mechanic(apologies I forgot his name) and the guy working on the bike in the showroom for making us feel so welcome.
Shout to the mechanic(wish I coukd remember his name) on doing an absolute top job.
I have no reservations what so ever in recommending Trek Machester. I will certainly be using them again and it's a 100mile round trip for me.

The reviews don't lie. This is 5-star customer service at Trek Manchester Piccadilly. Made an enquiry over email for an in-stock Merlin 8 and asked if they'd price match a local sale bike. Not just matched it but beat it without haggling! Over the course of a few responsive emails came helpful and knowledgeable recommendations over compatible accessories including fenders, rear rack, Powermore range extender, Kiox500 and Smartphone grip. Dylan did me a good deal on the whole package including fitting. Threw a bunch of freebies in too.
e-bikes is a speciality for this shop. The guys know their stuff and they know the Bosch ecosystem inside out. Here, you will probably end up with a much better, more capable e-bike than you would get for the same price with an inferior brand elsewhere is my guess. And they don't just sell you the bike. They help you take care of it throughout its life.
