I am extremely happy with my new bike. The originally ordered bike got lost during transit. The Manchester store dealt with the situation very professionally and offered me an upgrade from a rail 7 to a rail 9 with a discounted price.
The staff is very helpful and you can turn to them with your questions. One negative thing I would mention, but it is in no way their fault. I hope they stop using Klarna as a credit provider and go with something reputable that matches the quality of their brand which is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be going to return to the shop whenever I need parts or accessories for my bike.

Was in the market for an ebike and a friend recommended Trek as he had a regular Trek bike that he said was very good.
After some research online I visited the store to have a look in person at the bike I wanted.
The staff at the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought an ebike from my employers cycle to work scheme and although it took several weeks for the voucher to come through they were willing to hold the bike I wanted for me.
Once the voucher cleared the staff set up the bike for me so I was able to ride it home and also gave me some tips on how to use it.
I've also taken it back to the store for some maintenance since and again the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend Trek as a brand and the store in Manchester Piccadilly in particular.

Having decided to got for Trek DS 2 EQ went to the Manchester store. Teo helped explain about the bike and set up for test ride. After that decided to order, included few upgrades i.e. peddles, seat and grips. After having placed the order I had reservations and thinking of changing to either DS 3 standard of cancel order altogether. Liam manager of the store stated that which decision I made they would honour and I could cancel complete order, even though the bike and been built with accessories. Finally decided to stick with the bike and went to collect on August Bank holiday weekend. Matthew was brilliant explain the features and making sure that I was happy, also through in complimentary peddle upgrade. Rode home, week later several issues arose with chainring, mudguards, Saddle. Emailed store responded immediately and requested take bike back in and the issues were seen within an hour, new saddle ordered.
From placing the order to collection and resolving the issues I had the team at Trek Manchester were excellent. I would recommend if anyone in the market for bike and decide on Trek then definitely go to Trek Manchester, you can't wrong.
