Fantastic experience and service from the staff at Trek Bike Manchester Piccadilly. I looked online first and had a few ideas of what I wanted (non electric) to replace my old and second hand Raleigh 'sit up and beg' bike. I had some questions, and as a 64 year old grey haired overweight social female cyclist (although I do a fair few miles per week now I have retired!) it is fair to say l went into the shop with some intrepidation. The staff don't know it but if I had felt that they were dismissive , condescending or non inclusive, I would have taken my business elsewhere. As it was, I have had fantastic service at all points - I asked questions that were answered, I was given time to look / sit on bikes and discuss them, and information was given and explained well. I ordered 2 bikes to try out and then returned to test ride them both. I opted for the DS3 version 5 (larger wheels), was given advice on how to maintain the chain etc and rode it home. I have had it about 3 weeks and I love it! It has received many compliments from fellow female cyclists and I have used it loads and on lots of longer rides. Today I was returning from a ride through Manchester City centre when my rear tyre went flat, I was passing Trek and they looked at it and replaced the inner tube straightaway, no charge. Again, wonderful service and I cannot fault them in anyway. This will be my forever bike until I need the electric version, but rest assured Trek Piccadilly, I will buy it from you! I sing your praises to my fellow cyclists and I thank you for your service so far!

Popped in a few weeks ago looking for a new bike and was helped by Teo & Liam. Teo was brilliant, very helpful, great info regarding bikes & guided me to my (now) new Domane SL6. Returned to test the bike & ultimately buy it & again Teo & Liam were terrific; very friendly, chatty, nice coffee, more great info to ensure the bike was right for me. When collecting the bike Liam was really helpful again and finished off this great experience with a nice touch of a wee goody bag (didn't get one of those when buying my new car!). All in all this is a great shop & would highly recommend. As mentioned, only dealt with these 2 top lads but would imagine the rest of the staff are the same. Had a mate with me through the process & he was equally impressed, thank you Trek & especially Teo & Liam. Safe riding .

Had my cannondale in for a full service. Was quick, easy and the staff were friendly. Bike is working as good as new, you get what you pay for.

Brought some Bontrager wheels in after a crash. Even though this wasn't the store I purchased them in, the team and Alwyn sorted them out in no time at all. Would definitely recommend!

The very best bike store. Offers a full range of off road and on road bikes for the occasional cyclist to the top-level competitors. The staff are friendly and helpful and expert at their subject.

A good young man helps me to change a old paddle without charge. I like their service with full heart! Therefore I bought one bicycle pump in the shop! Good service deserves more sales.

My husband is looking for a hardtail so we called in whilst in town. The sales guy Teo, was brilliant. He showed him all the range, was really knowledgeable about specifications, and realistic about these within his budget. He was so patient and helped him look at all options for what type of rider he is. He didn't feel pressured or get any sales pitch just lots of options and information to help him choose. Thank you!

I've been to a lot of bike shops over the years, and quite a few in the last couple of weeks whilst looking for a new bike, and this shop is the best I have ever visited. I had reserved a bike online, and traveled for nearly 2 hours to get there. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. Matt fetched my bike and explained it all to me. He then helped me choose a few essentials and accessories without being pushy. All in all, this was a fantastic buying experience, and if ever I need another bike, I will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff who helped us and especially Matt who went above and beyond. A true credit to Trek Bikes.

Even tho the bicycles are slightly more expensive than the competition, the customer service in the store makes it worth it.
All my questions were answered fully, colleagues in the store took time to fully explain everything, and give recommendations and advise. The approach did not feel pushy or sleazy salesman type and the interectations felt genuine.
The experience in the store was the main reason I went with Trek rather than other stores in Manchester that sells bikes.
Big thanks to Theo and Matt who assisted in choosing the bike and getting it sorted, as well as a female colleague who'se name I did not get.

Super friendly, nice and accommodating staff! We were only in town for a day waiting for a flight but they still took the time to chat to us, offer coffe and drinks (and even cups!) 10/10 would buy a bike from them if I was based in Manchester.. Maybe next bike will be a Trek? :D
