I went in just to check saddles and was questioned as to why , then had my sit bones measured. Very good service without costing extra. No other bike shop seems as helpful to be honest. Their returns policy with bike seats actually allowed you to test a saddle so you're not massively out of pocket with a load of saddles that don't fit because you can't return them to some shops.

Called to order some wheel bearings and spoke to TEO. He was extremely helpful and even asked the workshop if i would need any tools etc to carry out changing them. great customer service will shop here again. Many thanks Oliver

Absolutely fantastic buying experience from helping me choose through to aftercare.
Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide on which Emonda model to go for. Helping me narrow it down to the carbon 6 and aluminium 6 and eventually helping me chose the latter which was the cheaper of the two, so no pushy sales tactics or pressure to spend more, just a genuine interest in helping me choose the right bike for my needs.
Teo was helpful on the day of collection, fitting pedals, bottle cages and sensors for me.
The team also sorted out a small after purchase issue i had with no problems and were again more than helpful in sorting it.
Overall would definitely recommend purchasing through Trek Manchester thanks to the great team in store and their desire to help find the right bike for you.

I purchased a Trek Marlin 6 which is absolutely great. I done all of my purchase from ordering the bike to arranging collection over the telephone. I must say every member of staff I spoke to was friendly, polite and very helpful. On collection, I was given a time to collect, very good COVID practices are in place at Trek Store Manchester, ie. sanitiser, face coverings and plenty of room to socially distance. All in all, a very professional sales experience, Definitely recommend

Excellent customer experience. Really helpful staff for my first visit to choose a couple of bikes last month. Talked me out of the expensive one I had thought I wanted! Second visit to have the bike fitted was just as excellent despite a little hiccup (nothing to do with the shop) which Liam sorted without hesitation. Liam and the team were top notch. Really knowledgeable about the trek brand and happy to go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Liam answered all my questions and was able to provide me with a great understanding of the product. He went out of his way to make sure the bike was setup correctly and ordered new parts for the bits not in stock. I felt really comfortable in the shop with the covid restrictions. I never felt pushed or rushed into a decision and really felt the benefits of buying direct rather than through an online retailer.

Brilliant bike store. Staff are very friendly and happy to help but also give you space to browse in your own time. They helped with adjusting the bike and let me do a test ride and even repaired the bike for free after it had a little accident the day I bought it. Couldn't recommend more!

My bike chain snapped and faced an 8 mile walk home. Found this store and with 20 mins to closing, they supplied me with a new chain and fit it for me. Got home in time for tea. Cheers fellas.
