I went in just to check saddles and was questioned as to why , then had my sit bones measured. Very good service without costing extra. No other bike shop seems as helpful to be honest. Their returns policy with bike seats actually allowed you to test a saddle so you're not massively out of pocket with a load of saddles that don't fit because you can't return them to some shops.

Absolutely fantastic buying experience from helping me choose through to aftercare.
Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide on which Emonda model to go for. Helping me narrow it down to the carbon 6 and aluminium 6 and eventually helping me chose the latter which was the cheaper of the two, so no pushy sales tactics or pressure to spend more, just a genuine interest in helping me choose the right bike for my needs.
Teo was helpful on the day of collection, fitting pedals, bottle cages and sensors for me.
The team also sorted out a small after purchase issue i had with no problems and were again more than helpful in sorting it.
Overall would definitely recommend purchasing through Trek Manchester thanks to the great team in store and their desire to help find the right bike for you.

I purchased a Trek Marlin 6 which is absolutely great. I done all of my purchase from ordering the bike to arranging collection over the telephone. I must say every member of staff I spoke to was friendly, polite and very helpful. On collection, I was given a time to collect, very good COVID practices are in place at Trek Store Manchester, ie. sanitiser, face coverings and plenty of room to socially distance. All in all, a very professional sales experience, Definitely recommend
