Excellent customer experience. Really helpful staff for my first visit to choose a couple of bikes last month. Talked me out of the expensive one I had thought I wanted! Second visit to have the bike fitted was just as excellent despite a little hiccup (nothing to do with the shop) which Liam sorted without hesitation. Had to book both appointments but felt clean and safe. Highly recommend.

Liam and the team were top notch. Really knowledgeable about the trek brand and happy to go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Liam answered all my questions and was able to provide me with a great understanding of the product. He went out of his way to make sure the bike was setup correctly and ordered new parts for the bits not in stock. I felt really comfortable in the shop with the covid restrictions. I never felt pushed or rushed into a decision and really felt the benefits of buying direct rather than through an online retailer.

Brilliant bike store. Staff are very friendly and happy to help but also give you space to browse in your own time. They helped with adjusting the bike and let me do a test ride and even repaired the bike for free after it had a little accident the day I bought it. Couldn't recommend more!

My bike chain snapped and faced an 8 mile walk home. Found this store and with 20 mins to closing, they supplied me with a new chain and fit it for me. Got home in time for tea. Cheers fellas.

Very good customer service and social distancing system. There is a barrier just inside the door where you are greeted by the shop assistants and taken inside to view the bikes. They were very helpful in talking me through which bike was right for me in my budget and took time adjusting the bike I bought to personalise it for me. Great service and attention to detail. Lovely shop - quiet, professional and friendly.

First class service from Trek Manchester
Replaced a damaged carbon frame and provided me with the latest frame when couldn't find my colour in my size.
Also provided me an upgrade loan bike whilst mine was being sorted then gave me a cover note to spend in store which I used on new shoes.
Liam and the team are a great bunch of guys and girls they know their stuff and will do wot ever they can to help.
Would recommend them to anyone and already sent my other half and friends to see them 10/10 keep up the good work guys....

I know nothing about bikes, but went in to see if they could do an emergency service on my partner's bike. Mark was extremely helpful and very friendly. He did a complete check of the bike for free and explained each of the problems. He was honest about the fact that although he could order some specific and unusual parts, it would probably be quicker to go to the company that held the warranty. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great bike shop, excellent sales staff with a fantastic mechanic. Trek Manchester provide friendly personal service whilst showcasing the full Trek and Bontrager lines. Some surprisingly good deals to be had too which is a bonus!
