I don’t usually leave reviews however I feel I must in order to Thank Dylan and the rest of the team at Trek Manchester store. I am a below the knee amputee thus getting the right bike and getting the fit to a good start point are key to me, I have been in many bike shops on my journey to secure my n 1 only to be ignored thus what a breath of fresh air it was to have Dylan walk over to my wife and I introduce himself to the both of us and once he had learnt it was myself who was looking for a bike he continued to ask what I was interested in and where my future cycling goals lay. Dylan suggested that I booked in for a test ride on a couple of bikes which I have never been offered before. It was a few days later that I contacted Dylan and booked in for a test ride, the actual test ride went really well and with great input from Dylan during the ride it became clear which bike was the right fit for my needs and the order was placed. Two weeks later I returned to pick up my new ride which Dylan and team took their time to ensure that the fit was a good start and that I felt comfortable. The whole process from start to finish has been great and definitely a blueprint for best in class service in my opinion. Many thanks again to Dylan and the team, looking forward to the heavy rain stopping so I can get out for my first ride.
