Great shop and great service. I bought my Trek Domane AL4 about 8 months ago from this store and they were great with assisting on turning it into the commuter I wanted it to be (mudguards, pannier rack, etc.). After a while I started having issues with changing up on my front derailleur which I couldn't fix with tensioning. Brought bike into the shop and they found the issue immediately (top of derailleur pushing against mudguard!) and fixed it for me on the spot no charge. Super group of people working in store, and a lovely Mads Pedersen World Champ jersey on the wall too. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service, I bought my Trek Fuel Ex 8 from the store around 3.5 years ago now and have only ever had work carried out on my bike by the in store mechanics.
I've never had a problem with any of their work and find them very honest. Recently I had it serviced ready for a big trip away, and they took a nice discount off the service cost as they said the bike was already in a good condition.
Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new chainset fitted. Having rung round numerous bike shops and been told there was no chance in the next two weeks, Trek said “It’s not a big job, we can fit it in.” Brought the bike in and the mechanic fitted the new chainset on the spot whilst showing me how it was done, and all done without costing a fortune. Couldn’t recommend the shop more highly - pleasant, expert staff and brilliant customer service.

Called in because I was having issues with getting the cabling set up right with the integrated cockpit. The team were brilliant in helping me. They saw me within 3 days of first inquiring. I first visited Trek back in June 2023 to explore my options for bikes and equipment purchase via the Cycle to Work scheme. I was initially greeted by Dan, who took time to listen to what I was looking for, what I like and dislike and offered a variety of options to meet my needs and my budget. He provided several different quotes for bicycles and equipment and was always there to answer any questions along the way.
Months later, this shop is still my go to - whenever I need something cycling related: from inner tubes, to changing break pads, to just having a chat about cycling in and around Manchester, it's always a pleasure stopping by.
Special mention for outstanding customer service and area based skill expertise to Dan and Harry, who were both absolutely wonderful each time I visited this Trek store, and are assets to the business.
