My husband is looking for a hardtail so we called in whilst in town. The sales guy Teo, was brilliant. He showed him all the range, was really knowledgeable about specifications, and realistic about these within his budget. He was so patient and helped him look at all options for what type of rider he is. He didn't feel pressured or get any sales pitch just lots of options and information to help him choose. Thank you!

I've been to a lot of bike shops over the years, and quite a few in the last couple of weeks whilst looking for a new bike, and this shop is the best I have ever visited. I had reserved a bike online, and traveled for nearly 2 hours to get there. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. Matt fetched my bike and explained it all to me. He then helped me choose a few essentials and accessories without being pushy. All in all, this was a fantastic buying experience, and if ever I need another bike, I will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff who helped us and especially Matt who went above and beyond. A true credit to Trek Bikes.

Even tho the bicycles are slightly more expensive than the competition, the customer service in the store makes it worth it.
All my questions were answered fully, colleagues in the store took time to fully explain everything, and give recommendations and advise. The approach did not feel pushy or sleazy salesman type and the interectations felt genuine.
The experience in the store was the main reason I went with Trek rather than other stores in Manchester that sells bikes.
Big thanks to Theo and Matt who assisted in choosing the bike and getting it sorted, as well as a female colleague who'se name I did not get.

Super friendly, nice and accommodating staff! We were only in town for a day waiting for a flight but they still took the time to chat to us, offer coffe and drinks (and even cups!) 10/10 would buy a bike from them if I was based in Manchester.. Maybe next bike will be a Trek? :D

Top customer service. Had an issue with indexing on a new MTB (which wasn’t even a Trek…) Luckily wasn’t too busy so got resolved very quickly. Even gave the bike a check to see if everything was good. Exceptional service

Great experience at Trek Piccadilly. I dealt with Liam during the purchase and managed to get the bike set up as I wanted it. I dealt with a couple of other people when I went to collect who were also really helpful and couldn't do enough. I'm also really enjoying the bike and having a lot of fun on it

Trek was the only place to pump my tires with free air for free. I visited two previous bike shops to pump my tires (Keep Pedalling Limited and Pure Electric Manchester) of which they tried making me buy a new pump, or just said no. The two bike shops lost me as a potential customer. Definitely will direct others to Trek in future. Thanks guys!

Since I first came into the shop I felt incredibly welcome, and the staff were happy to answer any questions I had at all about cycling. Teo helped me narrow down my choice based on my upcoming triathlon, and also what I want to use the bike for generally and the kind of surfaces I'll be riding on.
I want to give a special shout out to Matthew who has been so friendly and accommodating, taking a million questions from me and being honest and up front about what I really need accessory wise. Even with a broken arm he was offering to hold the things I was looking to buy whilst still browsing!
Settled for the Domane SL5, and since I've got it I've loved riding it out on the road. It's quick, light, and comfortable to ride. The KMs melt away before you've even realised it.
Very lucky this is my local bike shop, and feel confident that if any problems come up or I need any help, they'll be there to offer it. Cheers guys!
