I got caught out on a trip to Manchester when my wheelchair tyre burst. The inner tube I needed is an unusual size so they didn't have it in stock but the staff went out of their way to help source a shop who did, and in the meantime patched me up temporarily so I wasn't stranded. They even offered me refreshments while I waited and wouldn't take any payment for their help. Truly good guys who helped out a stranger in need. Thank you so much!

We stumbled in here with a burst wheelchair tyre and while they didn't have the specialist inner tube we needed in stock they offered to let us stay while we searched online for other places, one walked around to a nearby cycle shop to ask them in person and when we had no luck a man there offered to fix it for free. A temporary fix but one that saved our weekend completely. Excellent service.

Absolutely made up with the staff (Liam and a girl I forgot her name) and serviced i received in store. Listened to me with previous problems with other bike shops only going off side chart and how they never fit me. Ended up purchasing a new bike and it fits perfectly. Would highly recommend the store and hopefully I’ll be back in the future for another bike.

I am new to cycling and I made a decision to buy a road bike. Before choosing the bike, I had a bike fit with Matt Hallam at Crimson Performance who suggested going for a Trek Domane. I got in touch w/ Liam and his team at Trek Manchester, shared my bike fit measurements and in a matter of weeks I had my new Domane set up exactly as per my bike fit. Liam and his team were fantastic, extremely helpful (and patient ;) ). Being new to the sport, I was a bit apprehensive and insecure, but Trek’s guys made me feel very welcoming. And my new DOMANE .. wow .. it’s simply brilliant ! Fast, stable and SUPER comfortable (that was one of big concerns). I could not be happier with THE bike itself but also with the experience I had a Trek Manchester. Thanks VERY much guys !
