Brakes frame shifting bleeding my brakes. My bike is not a trek through but everytime I go to them they are helpfull nice . it nice having a little chat with them I remmmed it 10000 % the best bike shop you over go to your life.

I purchased a bike from trek for my son in the school holidays, the bike he originally wanted wasn't in stock so the lovely assist Dylan went through some other bikes and he recommended the Marlin 5 which was a really good choice!
I would definitely recommend trek as the staff are a lovely and very helpful!

I recently picked up my new dual sport bike from Trek Manchester and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.
Dylan was fantastic, he helped me choose the right accessories, gave great advice on what I’d need for the winter months, and even recommended a brilliant spot to get a photo with my new bike, which I’m absolutely over the moon with.
The Cycle Scheme process was simple and straightforward, and I’m really pleased with the savings I made.
Overall, I’d happily return to Trek Manchester for my next bike and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and expert advice.

Nipped into the store a few months ago now and was greeted by Arwen, super nice individual gave me all the time in the world to help me choose the right bike for me made the entire process super easy and had the ability to answer all my question as a total novice rider.
Nipped back in today to just check a couple of things on the bike Arwen was there again and was again very happy and willing to help. I’ve recommended this place to all my colleagues fantastic customer service, the guy who built my bike was very nice and was also happy to entertain my questions, great staff at this store.

I dropped into the store just to see what they had based on my initial research on upgrading to a full carbon road bike. Ended up chatting with Liam, who was friendly, knowledgeable and offered me a week-long test ride of the Madone SL6 Gen 8, which I happily accepted.
When I returned, the bike was already set up for me, and they even gave helpful advice on bike insurance, without any pressure or upselling.
Liam and Dylan then worked together to offer a great deal on a custom bike bundle and build, including several upgrades I’d chosen.
Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase. But based on the outstanding customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Trek in the future.

When I went in to collect they checked everything over for me, installed my pedals, bike bag and bottle cages and answered all my questions. Highly recommended and I am super happy with my new bike.
