Went to Trek Manchester on 28/01/25 to have an integrated cockpit fitted to my Trek Emonda SL7. I had talked to Dan on the phone to arrange the fitting and was greatly encouraged by his warmth,helpfullness and enthusiasm.
They fitted my cockpit while my wife and I went for Lunch and a walk around town.
Well, they did an absolutely fantastic job!!!....to say I was happy with how it turned out is an understatement.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dan, the mechanic(apologies I forgot his name) and the guy working on the bike in the showroom for making us feel so welcome.
Shout to the mechanic(wish I coukd remember his name) on doing an absolute top job.
I have no reservations what so ever in recommending Trek Machester. I will certainly be using them again and it's a 100mile round trip for me.

The reviews don't lie. This is 5-star customer service at Trek Manchester Piccadilly. Made an enquiry over email for an in-stock Merlin 8 and asked if they'd price match a local sale bike. Not just matched it but beat it without haggling! Over the course of a few responsive emails came helpful and knowledgeable recommendations over compatible accessories including fenders, rear rack, Powermore range extender, Kiox500 and Smartphone grip. Dylan did me a good deal on the whole package including fitting. Threw a bunch of freebies in too.
e-bikes is a speciality for this shop. The guys know their stuff and they know the Bosch ecosystem inside out. Here, you will probably end up with a much better, more capable e-bike than you would get for the same price with an inferior brand elsewhere is my guess. And they don't just sell you the bike. They help you take care of it throughout its life.

Liam and the team at Trek Manchester Piccadilly provide an excellent, friendly, professional service going above and beyond any expectations, I really cant recommend them highly enough and will always frequent Trek Piccadilly for all my cycling needs. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and my bike was damaged beyond repair, Liam and the team at Trek Piccadilly helped throughout my insurance claim, providing written details on the damage the bike had taken, helping my insurance company to determine the bike was a write off, after which my insurance payed out for a replacement bike. I ordered my replacement new bike from Trek Piccadilly and when my new bike became available, Liam and his team held it for me for a short time as i still wasnt fully recovered or able to ride, when I finally collected my new bike from Trek Piccadilly, the team kindly transferred all undamaged accessories from the written off bike to my new bike so it was completely set up and ready for me to ride.

The Staff at the Manchester branch are first class and can honestly say I have never dealt with a more helpful team of people and nothing is ever an issue when it comes to customer service and professionalism. Bought my son a Remedy 8 last year and the help and guidance was second to none. Recently had the bike serviced and again the knowledge/service/help afforded to us was first class. Would tell anyone or friends and family, if you are not local (like ourselves) it is worth the trip to deal with the branch, which i would rate as
