I dropped into the store just to see what they had based on my initial research on upgrading to a full carbon road bike. Ended up chatting with Liam, who was friendly, knowledgeable and offered me a week-long test ride of the Madone SL6 Gen 8, which I happily accepted.
When I returned, the bike was already set up for me, and they even gave helpful advice on bike insurance, without any pressure or upselling.
Liam and Dylan then worked together to offer a great deal on a custom bike bundle and build, including several upgrades I’d chosen.
Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase. But based on the outstanding customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Trek in the future.
