I am beyond satisfied! Antonio went above any expectations I had to make sure my bike was fixed and within a very reasonable timeframe. I initially thought it was just the tires being flat but I asked for a tune up just to make sure. We ran into a little hiccup along the way and Antonio was very apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault at all. He is very skilled at what he does and my bike ride, once I got back home, was the best I’ve had since I first purchased the bike. An okay day turned into a really great day, absolutely recommend this shop for your needs.

I stopped in by happenstance with a question, and was in no way prepared for the level of humanity I was going to be exposed to. This was beyond customer service. They took time they didn't have to, and addressed what I was inquiring about when they could have easily turned me away. The level of professionalism and just plain kindness the Trek employees have has left a little extra joy in my heart. Thank you so much Joe, my kid was riding today until the sun went down.
