I had an outstanding experience at Trek Bicycles Melbourne! From my first phone call with Antonio while on my way to pick up my wife’s bike, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. Antonio went above and beyond by helping me install the bike rack on my car without hesitation. Both Antonio and Brett made me feel like family, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Even the mechanic, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, shared in my excitement about gifting this bike to my wife for her birthday.
The team at Trek Bicycles Melbourne is truly exceptional, knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise. A well-deserved 10 stars!

The young men there are absolutely awesome! I brought my bike in yesterday to have a tube changed because I ran over a baby staple and they checked everything. They changed the tube, greased my bike, made sure the brakes and gears worked proper and got me running again! Top notch A number one!! Anybody asked me where they can get a bike fixed I will tell them truck bicycle shop and I will refer them to these people. They rock!!

Top-notch service! I brought my son's e-bike in for repair yesterday. Paul was amazing from start to finish. I had traveled two hours from out of town to help my son with this much-needed repair. Paul was super busy but said he would definitely complete the repairs so I could get the bike back to my son before I had to leave town. I can't thank him enough for his professional advice, quality repair work, and exceptional customer service. My son says the bike feels like it is brand new again! Thanks so much, Paul!
